Great Experience here. I started out with contacting the Internet Sales department. Michael responded every step of the way. Once I got my financing squared away, I went into the dealership chose the car and worked out a deal. We were very satisfied with everything. And then when we got into the finance department Mark worked his magic with the lender and even got us a better deal than we were expecting. I could not be happier with a dealership. They were responsive, respectful and just plain nice. IF your looking for a new car this is the place to go. More

I had shopped at a bunch of Chevrolet dealers in the Tacoma, Sumner and Auburn area, but just didn't get a good feeling. Some didn't have much selection and the one in Auburn was a little on the rude si Tacoma, Sumner and Auburn area, but just didn't get a good feeling. Some didn't have much selection and the one in Auburn was a little on the rude side. Then I found the Chevy store in Puyallup. There selection was good, the salesman was knowledgible and the manager that came out, Dean, seemed like a great guy. I am now enjoying my new Chevy Cruze. It drives great and get much better gas mileage than my old Focus. More

My experience with Harnish GMC is soley based on the service department. Last year my classic 79 Trans Am had the starter go out and my regular mechanic was on vacation. I decided that since Harnish u service department. Last year my classic 79 Trans Am had the starter go out and my regular mechanic was on vacation. I decided that since Harnish used to be a Pontiac dealer I could trust them. I brought my car in and initally had a good eperience with them. They made sure the car was locked up in the shops at night and it took about a week to get the part. They also told me that I would need new battery cables so I said go ahead. I had a little sticker shock at the $600 price tag, but picked up my car and headed out. Less then a week later I started my car and the starter went crazy. It spun at a high rate and could not be turned off without pulling the battery cables. By the time I got the cables off the battery was shot. By now my mechanic was back in town and I was told that the spacing was probably not done correctly and that I paid twice the amount that I should have. He also told me that my battery cables had been just fine and did not need to be replaced. I contacted the service manager and told him I just wanted my money back and I would have the car towed to my mechanic. He flat out refused. He told me that they would fix it, but no refunds. Reluctantly I had the car towed down there (which they paid for) and let them put in a new starter. Since then the starter continues to be an issue. If the car is warm at all it will not start and I am stranded until it cools off. I have it scheduled to go in and get it fixed with my regular mechanic in a few weeks. I had held off on writing this review for sometime because I not really the type of person to make this type of complaint, but I was not satified at all with the service or the service manager at Harnish GMC. They might be great with new cars, but I would not recommend taking a classic car to them. More
Traded a Jaguar XJ8L for a new Buick LaCrosse with E-Assist. Had a great experience! Harnish is worth the drive. We love the new LaCrosse for the rival which rivals Jag and for the sound-dampening E-Assist. Had a great experience! Harnish is worth the drive. We love the new LaCrosse for the rival which rivals Jag and for the sound-dampening technology. Did I mention up to 36mpg from a luxury car? More
My wife and I had been long time Volvo owners, since 1992. We had owned a 2010 XC60, that didn’t get the greatest gas mileage and as anyone can see what is going on with the current gas prices we decide 1992. We had owned a 2010 XC60, that didn’t get the greatest gas mileage and as anyone can see what is going on with the current gas prices we decided to get a Chevrolet Volt. I’ve always wanted to buy American and the Volt was a car of value not only value in possible gas savings but value as well with the $7,500 Federal tax incentive and green initiatives. Found out since we are in Washington State we are eligible for a free Coulomb 240 level 2 home charger which will take an 8-10 hour 120 volt charge down to 4 hours. Our sales consultant, Raj Das, is very courteous, respectful, and a hard worker. He goes the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met. In the past when I purchased a new car I would go home and suffer from buyer’s remorse. I did not feel that way at all this time. Raj was upfront and did not play any games with me, which I really appreciated. I have been spoiled by Volvo in the past and my initial impression of the Harnish Auto Family’s, Chevrolet of Puyallup facility is that it is a very clean and modern facility with many amenities. They also have an exceptional service department that is very accommodating and doesn’t make you feel like you are inconvenience them in anyway. More
I was very impressed with the total professionalizm of this dealership and its employees. I have a background in the car business and I am probably more critical than the average buyer. I do not like a sa this dealership and its employees. I have a background in the car business and I am probably more critical than the average buyer. I do not like a salesman who wants to give me a deal before I can ask questions about the vehicle that might fill my needs. That was not the case at this dealer, but it was at all of their competition. After recieving the information about my new Chevy Cruze the price was easy to agree on. The delivery of the Cruze was very informative and I felt as if they could not do enough to make sure I was satisfied with my new Cruze. They also took the time to introduce me to the service manager, who welcomed me and inofrmed me of their service check in procedure. The bottm line here is it is very apparent that this dealership is really trying to be the best that they can be and I would say they are, well on their way,if not there already. More
