I was in need of a new car that was reliable since I have a new baby. I had to bring my 3 month old daughter with me and everyone was so wonderful and attentive to get me in and helped and out. David switch a new baby. I had to bring my 3 month old daughter with me and everyone was so wonderful and attentive to get me in and helped and out. David switched the base to my carseat to the new car and moved all my things to the new car from my old. They reminded me of my dealer in Arizona that my family has used for 30 years. I highly recommend going to this dealer for your purchases. More
My list of complaints is long, and goes back a few years. I will not list every one, but suffice it to say, they ROUTINELY break as much stuff as they repair. If they don't break stuff, they send us off with I will not list every one, but suffice it to say, they ROUTINELY break as much stuff as they repair. If they don't break stuff, they send us off without repairing it. "We'll have to order a part", only to be told it was in, then to be told they had to put it on another car, we ordered another one, then never called back. They had to remove the air filter housing at some point to do some work, some time later I was looking under the hood and saw the hose clamps on both sides of the intake hose were loose, causing it to come loose from the engine a little. The screws holding the top half of the housing to the lower half were also loose. This caused damage to the intake hose somehow, but they refuse to fix it. "We have never touched that air filter housing" the service manager told my wife today, after pretending to look through our service history, but we have records of them checking the air filter. They have to open the housing to do that, plus they have to remove the housing to complete wiring harness work that needed done. So, the manager either lied today, or a mechanic lied by checking off that he'd done service that he didn't do. Either way, they are liars. The manager said he wouldn't replace the hose because it isn't covered under warranty, EVEN THOUGH THEIR ACTIONS DAMAGED IT. Their survey company contacted me once, and I listed my several complaints to them, no one from the dealership ever contacted me. I also emailed the service manager once, got a response "I'd like to earn your trust again", or something like that, but no suggestion on how they might do that. Service department at Chevrolet of Puyallup is HORRIBLE, you would think a company that was RESCUED by American taxpayers and is still largely owned by US would be a little more worried about how they treat people. But hey, they already got their money, why should they care now? I will NEVER EVER EVER buy another GM car because of this experience...EVER! More

I am giving this rating because I am a believer that if you are impressed with people, places or things they should be shown that they made their mark for the good things they do. More
The experience of buying a car was made much more enjoyable by the staff at this dealership. Originally I had driven down to Puyallup from Edmonds (2 hours) to investigate a car that I had made an o enjoyable by the staff at this dealership. Originally I had driven down to Puyallup from Edmonds (2 hours) to investigate a car that I had made an offer on over the phone. There was some confusion as to why the car was not there when we arrived but the staff in the Buick Dealer made up for this by searching the area for another used dodge challenger with a manual transmission. When one was located at the dealer down the street, Chuck Taylor and his staff attempted to bring the car over. When this could not be done due to the other toyota dealership, Keith Schumacher drove us over to take a look at the vehicle in a dealership car. Not even greeted by the Toyota dealership, we continued to be assisted in looking at the vehicle by Schumacher. Upon return to the dealership, I was pleased with the 2011 challenger r/t but it was priced out of my range. Originally listed at around 28,000 Taylor then did his best to narrow the price with the other Dealership. Because it had sat on the lot for over 60 days there was room for the car to drop in price. Eventually after working hard over the phone the price was down to 26,500 before taxes. Although this was a little higher than my first intended price for a 2009 challenger, the price was very fair for the condition of the 2011 car and could not be passed up. All of this happened around eight at night on a weekday so all three: Chuck Taylor; Keith Schumacher; and Joe Smeall stayed late helping me through the process of purchasing a vehicle. After the paperwork they even filled the tank and washed down the car. Overall, the friendly customer service was exceptional and makes me sure to look at buying again from Harnish Buick. More
We drove over an hour to Puyallup to find a used truck to fit our lifestyle. We were not disappointed! Carlos answered all of our questions and even put in a new stereo! These guys were absolutely wonderful. They so out classed all the other dealers we have dealt with over the years we will not go anywhere else again. I think if I wanted a Jaguar I would insist we b classed all the other dealers we have dealt with over the years we will not go anywhere else again. I think if I wanted a Jaguar I would insist we buy it from them and not a Jag dealer. No glass walls to hide behind...everyone shook our hands, greeted us with a smile and took a genuine interest in making sure we were looked after. Dave, the GM, came out from behind the podium desk on 3 or 4 occasions to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. He knelt down on one knee next to us while writing on the back of an envelope just so he could get all the details right. Carlos, our salesman, took my wife by the arm and led her all he way through without making her feel intimidated or uncomfortable - no easy task. He made sure we understood everything about the vehicle and even went so far as to hide a small gift inside prior to our leaving. Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I go anywhere else? Not on your life. More
