All it took was an auto accident to turn my VERY busy life into total chaos. Suffice it to say, I was unnerved. Scott Briske, salesperson extraordinaire, answered all of my questions, picked me up, and even paired my phone to the car’s Bluetooth, among other kindnesses. Thanks to the fine people at Chevrolet t of Puyallup, I ended a challenging week on a very positive note. My experience with Chevrolet of Puyallup was top notch. Kari came and welcomed us in the Parking lot and was asking what we were looking for. I told her we were just looking at different vehicles. Then she took us inside and asked specifics so she wouldn't waste our time looking at something we didn't really care about or something we couldn't afford. She was so personable and so knowledgeable about the vehicles, giving every detail imaginable. I actually appreciated that. She was REAL. We ended up going home with the idea that we would think about if this is something we wanted. We went in a couple of days later and worked with Heidi (Kari actually texted me to let me know she left early because she was not feeling well, but already set me up to speak with someone else who knew what was going on - very professional and people oriented at the same time). So, Heidi took us out to look at the vehicles from the other day and this time my husband drove the car. He really liked it. Heidi, as well, was so friendly and so knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable (this was the first dealership I could say the "looking" for a car was enjoyable). We didn't end up buying anything because it wasn't in the right price range. I texted Kari that night and let her know what we were really willing to spend a month and what I wanted in the car. She texted me back later to let me know they found what I was looking for and wanted me to come in and see if it truly was. When I got there on Saturday, it was like walking in and talking to my long time friends. On Saturday, I was introduced to Dean (the finance guy). He, too, was very upfront and so personable. They were so honorable to their words, my same deal that was originally discussed when I first walked in on Saturday is pretty much what happened. I would surely recommend this dealership. And on top of that, Kari was so sweet and understood my daughter and truly took an interest in her. When Kari delivered the car to our home Saturday night, my daughter said, "I like her." Those are strong words coming from a teenager!!! (ha!). Thank you for a wonderful experience and for having such a caring staff. More

I did my part in researching what my vehicle and the new vehicle were worth and my salesperson and her manager were very accessible in our negotiations, honoring my research and desire for a fair price. Heidi Smith was knowledgeable and engaging, and I felt like she was honest and sincere with me in an industry known for the lack of both. She has shown integrity after the sale as well, following up to make sure I have everything I need and am enjoying my new car (understatement -- I LOVE it). It is so far proving to be in exactly the pristine condition in which it was presented -- no hidden problems. Heidi seems genuinely happy for me and committed to my satisfaction. Overall, a very positive experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership, Heidi and her Manager (and Kari Welch) to prospective buyers. I was actually looking at purchasing a different manufacturers vehicle from a different dealership and stopped to look at the Cruze just to ensure I was thouroughly researching all vehicles in the segment. After spending 15 minutes with Scott and checking out the Cruze I was sold on these guys. I drive anywhere from 700-900 miles a week and the little "creature comfort" options make a huge difference to me with how much time I spend in my car. My wife and I had very specific wants in our vehicle as far as size, MPG, options and color are concerned and Scott bent over backwards to ensure he found us the perfect vehicle. Negotiation was quick, easy and comfortable and I felt satisfied with the deal we received without any prolonged negotiations, high pressure or stall tactics. I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else and that's coming from a life long "Ford Guy". Thanks again to the entire team at Chevy of Puyallup! On a side note, I have put 1500 miles on my new car in a few weeks while averaging around 33-35mph and have been consistantly getting 34-37mpg with our Cruze and the Pioneer Sound System and heated seats are great! After some extensive research, we had decided that we wanted a pre-owned certified 2012 Travers with low mileage. Harnish Buick had one that we arranged to test drive. The evening before the scheduled test drive the car was sold, but when we arrived the staff was very helpful and diligently searched for the car we wanted. One was found at a manufacturer's auction, and the dealer gave us a fair price for the car, with discounted fee for certification. I returned to test drive the vehicle after it had been obtained by the dealer and was happy with the general condition of the car, though it needed some detailing and very minor body work. When my wife and I picked the car up after it had been repaired, detailed, and certified, we were very pleased with its condition. The salesman was very helpful and courteous, as was the rest of the staff, and we would be happy to do business there again. More
