He searched for the perfect car for me that fit all of my needs. He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had to deal with. Even though I know he was a very busy person. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered, and I was happy with the choice that I made. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. More
I knew exactly what car I wanted (2011 Camaro RS), I had driven it before and just went down to make a deal. The sales staff was nice and friendly, BUT; The car was parked in the back lot surrounded by tras driven it before and just went down to make a deal. The sales staff was nice and friendly, BUT; The car was parked in the back lot surrounded by trash laying on the ground and was covered in pollen, water spots and bird poop. When I was looking at it it was FILTHY and hard to inspect the finish of the paint. As I was looking it over, I asked the salesman when the 2012's (Camaros) would be in stock. He told me, "about 6 months" (it was Aug 2011). I asked, "Are you sure? Other dealers are getting them in now". He said, "Yup, but not us". I later asked the sales manager the same question and he said, "I don't know, but it will be a while". No more than a week later, they got some in... So I went in to drive a deal, and that went down as expected. The usual back and forth and fast talk and number spewing, and same thing with the trade. I probably could have pushed harder and gotten a little better deal, but I really wasn't in the mood. So we settled on a deal I felt was acceptable... but not great. But the car was a rare color and had the exact options I wanted. The next 3 1/2 hours (yes really) I spent waiting for the loan guy with the paperwork. I had pre-approval through my bank and planned on using it. The load guy came up and told me I could get a whole 1% lower if I went with some other bank, I was reluctant but accepted after he told me it would save me over $20 a month ($20x72 months = $1440). So, finally it came time to sign all the papers. As we went, it came down that my loan was only lowered by $4 a month with this other bank... HUH? How is that possible? He said he could re-write it again if I wanted but it would take more time. I already waited nearly 4 hours JUST FOR THE PAPERWORK! So i said, no just do it. Now, this bank has horrible service CHARGES FEES to do buisness and screwed up my auto-payment so my first payment was LATE then charged me a late fee! By the time the car was "delivered" it began to grow darker outside. The car was pulled around front about 20 minuts AFTER all the papers were signed. The car had been "washed". But it looked like they either had taken it through a cheapo car wash or had a fundraiser car wash do it. There were missed spots, smudges and water marks all over it.. but i just wanted to go home. The inside was "cleaned" also, but was smudgy and smelled like someone spilled a whole bottel of Pinesol on it. I looked over it the best I could (dark outside and still dirty) and headed the 4 mile trip home. The next morning I drove the car just a few miles to the store and back and decided I would give the car a good propper cleaneing. As I was washing it I noticed two small door dings on the passenger side, a suff mark on the front bumper and some dings in one of the wheels, and one of the tires had a chink of rubber missing from the sidewall! My new Camaro was "pre-damaged"! It also had some bad water spot stains and swirl marks that had to be professionally buffed out. I called the dealer that day (Sunday) about the chips and dings and they told me I had to call the service department on Monday. So I called again the next day (monday) and the service guy told me they would fix it if I could prove it happened at the dealer before delivery and; "Good luck with that since you have had the car for two days". I told him I tried to call the very next day and they were closed and that I had only put 12 miles on the car since I bought it. He just said, "Prove it happened here and we will fix it, if you can't prove it, we can fix it but will have to charge for it." Seven weeks later, I STILL dont have my licence plates and I now have a service claim with GM about the dealer damage. If this is the way they treat their brand new cars on their lot I would not trust buying a "new" car from them and I am not so sure I would trust them with the car again to do any service to it. It doesnt seem like they take care of their cars or customers. I now have the automatic payments working propperly but pay $10 a month for the service, so it is actually costing me $6 a month MORE to use this suggested bank with a 1% lower rate than it would at my bank.. is someone getting kickbacks? With all the great reviews of this place I expected better. I have actually personally turned 3 people AWAY from this dealer and also spread the info among the local Camaro club and showed them my "dealer installed damage". More
Paid for new part with specific instructions on removing OEM grease and putting new dielectric grease on ignition switch. This request was noted, but it was not stated that it was actuall performed. Brought OEM grease and putting new dielectric grease on ignition switch. This request was noted, but it was not stated that it was actuall performed. Brought back to dealer after several days of trying two, three or four times before car would start (on every morning for several days). Explained it does not start right away when cold. Naturally, we were in a heat wave, and they claim it started each time they tried it. Left if over night, and waited till close to closing time, and they never called. My wife and I came in, and they said they were not the team that handled the car, so they did not know we were waiting for it...took several minutes for them to find the paperwork. Naturally, they claim it started right up. They did nothing to diagnose the car. This is an ongoing problem with Saturns, and is inexcusable. My wife and I stopped coming to this dealership when GM bailed on Saturn, as we noticed a decline in service quality. It had been a long time since coming here. We both have Saturns. We are so turned off by your very poor customer service that we have both decided we will not only never patronize your dealership again, but, we will never purchase another GM vehicle...ever! More

We were in touch with Chevrolet of Puyallup back in May, but despite wonderful service and follow up, chose not to purchase at that time. Earlier this week (September 6), we discovered that our truck was u but despite wonderful service and follow up, chose not to purchase at that time. Earlier this week (September 6), we discovered that our truck was unrepairable and we needed a vehicle that day. We called Kari at the dealer and she started doing some research and then told us to come on over. We arrived at 7:30 pm and she already had a vehicle for us to test drive. She is so engaging, knowledgeable and professional that we couldn't help but be charmed by her enthusiasm. Between that and the solid test drive of a Saturn Vue, we were won over and started the financing part with Dean. From the start, he was very open to our financing needs and came back within 15 minutes with exactly what we had asked for. He is equally engaging, professional, and knowledgeable so we felt very confident that the deal he presented us was fair and doable for us. While we waited for Michelle to complete the paperwork for us to sign, we munched on trail mix, viewed pet photos and swapped stories. We were absolutely impressed by the level of personal connection we were able to create with Dean and Kari - engaging, knowledgeable and professional is to be expected, but this was the icing on the cake! Working with Michelle to complete our purchase package was a further extension of what Dean and Kari had already started with us - we knew we were being taken care of by three very caring people. It was a joy to work with all of them and will definitely come back to them when it's time to replace our new used car! More

He made us feel very comfortable right off the bat! He worked within my budget to give me the best possible deal he could. He is a very kind and positive man. Marco too,was very knowledgable of my car and all of it's gadgets! He was kind, polite, comfortable to be around and answered any question we had. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with them and the rest of the team. They made it a great, positive and easy purchase. We couldn't of asked for a better experience purchasing a vehicle. More

Steve (the deal man!) was more than helpful and got everything done in record speed for us. Jeff Matison had me in and out of there signing the papers in the little amount of time I had between work & running to square away my kids. I PURCHASED CHEV CRUZE FROM HARNISH IN PUYALLUP AND HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE PRESIDENT, FINANCE MANAGER AND THE SALESMEN. Thanks to all THE BEST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE PRESIDENT, FINANCE MANAGER AND THE SALESMEN. Thanks to all More
I drove all the way to Puyallup from Salem, Oregon because of the negotiations and workability of Mike Cady and the genuine assurances from Randy Shields that we could come to terms on my bottom line because of the negotiations and workability of Mike Cady and the genuine assurances from Randy Shields that we could come to terms on my bottom line for a 2008 MINI I found on line. Even Car Guru had rated this as a great deal. The carfax checked out so I drove up. They gave me a reasonable amount for my trade in and Randy was wonderful. He was terribly busy but made sure to call and text directions so I wouldn't get lost and then made me feel wonderful about the driving experience and what they could do for me to financially make it a viable deal. When we found an issue with the bumper, they didn't try to swindle or act as though it was my responsibility in any way. They ordered the part, ate the repair costs, (and we all know bumpers are ridiculously expensive!) and plan to deliver the car to me all the way in Salem. They let me use one of their 2010 Chevy Cobalts in the interrum and have been conscientiously working to keep me in the loop about my MINI and the status of repairs. I haven't even gotten my car yet but I wanted to praise this group for their professionalism and willingness to take care of me as a customer. I am deeply impressed and after dealing with people here in Oregon, I just may take business all the way to Puyallup, a 200 mile drive just to be treated with respect and patience that these folks exemplify. I loved all the folks I talked with there, the financial gal, who is a whiz, and the other sales and financing staff. Even the manager who assessed the damage when we found it was the epitome of grace under pressure. I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone. Lucky Washingtonians who don't have to drive so far to get to Puyallup! More
