Bad business practices My expirence at Puyallup Chevrolet was the worse one yet! After 20 years of purchasing vehicles from dealerships this one was unbelievable. The so c My expirence at Puyallup Chevrolet was the worse one yet! After 20 years of purchasing vehicles from dealerships this one was unbelievable. The so called general manager sold me a trail blazer and ensured me it was a good car but that's after the suv started misfiring. So to cover up the piece of crap he acted like he was doing me a favor by changing one coil. When I called him out on it he called me a dick and tried to intimidate me. Well I don't intimidate easy. What professional business that makes millions acts this way? If i was Puyullup cheverlet owner I would look into the general managers work practices and how to accommodate paying customers not "INTIMIDATE" them calling customers names is not the answer tough guy.... One more thing! We had to buy a new transmission for the trail blazer. I don't mind paying for it as I work hard it's how the dealership handle it! More

We had a misunderstanding concerning some optional equipment that was supposed to be included in my new car as a part of our transaction. These folks went out of their way to insure my satisfaction. They quickly installed the optional equipment at no charge which really impressed me. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Terrible Service Center I purchased my vehicle from this location in 2011 along with an extended warranty recommended and sold to me by the dealership. Over the nearly four y I purchased my vehicle from this location in 2011 along with an extended warranty recommended and sold to me by the dealership. Over the nearly four years my car was under warranty I had it in for repairs complaining that the transmission was not shifting correctly multiple times. All but one time I was told they could not duplicate the concern. There was one time while still under warranty that the tech told me "During the drive I can feel that it is not shifting as expected but without an error code there is nothing I can do." The car was in with this complaint one last time on 11/7/14 and we were told once again that there was no problem. The team at the service center was very aware of my warranty expiration in less than 200 miles at that time as I made that concern a priority. On 12/3/14 we were 700 miles out of warranty and less than a month from the last time we reported the issue. The car started acting up once again. We took the car in again hoping that since it had been less than a month since the last complaint they would be willing to work with us. Instantly they found the issue. The transmission control module was faulty and this would cost me $1,240. When I expressed my concerns just as mentioned above, Louanne at the Service desk recommended that I call GM at 1-800-222-1020. I was connected with a claims manager by the name of Stephanie who instantly opened my claim stating that if a judgment for reimbursement was made it would not be affected by the status of the repairs. As the claim was opened I called the service center and asked them to complete the repairs. They called the same day to inform me that the repairs were complete. I picked up and paid for the repairs the next day. After 5 business days had past since our conversation I called Stephanie back to find out that the service center falsely reported that I declined the repairs. I explained this was not true and she re-opened the case. Stephanie called me after another day or two to tell me that the service center was now claiming that the repairs were covered and charged to warranty. I explained to Stephanie once again that his was also untrue. After three more business days past, I got another call from Stephanie stating that the Service Center was unwilling to reimburse any of the charges. This was due to the fact that they were never able to reproduce the problem on previous reports and no error code was present. I asked Stephanie if there was a higher level of authority I could speak to about this matter and was told that there was not and I was speaking to the "highest level of customer service available." The Service techs at this GM location service center are seemingly either uneducated to perform the services/repairs of their own vehicles or are unauthorized to think for themselves. Due to the inferior abilities of this service center, we have paid the penalty of $1,240. More

I was looking for a comment section for the service department (LouAnn Brun) Her customer service and assistance during my time (almost 8 hrs) servici I was looking for a comment section for the service department (LouAnn Brun) Her customer service and assistance during my time (almost 8 hrs) servicing 2 of my vehicles was outstanding. I was kept informed of the updates and the delays, it is always a great experience when she is available to assist in my service. She is always upbeat and cheerful, when things are delayed she is always upfront with the answers as to why, and a revised time of completion. It is a wonder watching her work, answering the phones, directing other service personnel and service mechanics on what needs to be done. I don't know where she finds the time to even eat a lunch or take a break. She a wonderful person, thank you. The rest of the service department was great also, if LouAnn Brun was assisting someone else and I was waiting they would as if I needed assistance, and answer my questions as best they could. More
