Purchase of a 2015 Buick Enclave I purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave on April 16th from Harnish Buick GMC of Puyallup. This was by far the best "buying" experience that I have had with I purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave on April 16th from Harnish Buick GMC of Puyallup. This was by far the best "buying" experience that I have had with a dealer. As someone who dreads the sales process, my experience with Harnish Buick GMC, and specifically Paul Guetle, the manager, were simply fantastic. We visited the dealership to look at the new GMC Canyon, then sort of wandered around the lot looking at cars. My wife fell in love with the GMC Acadia. I didn't know a thing about the car, so I spent about 4-5 days researching the car and looking at alternate brands and other dealers, and stopped back in to see Paul. My wife decided that she preferred the Enclave over the Acadia. After checking out the Enclave, we were given the keys and a temporary plate and off we went on a long test drive. We asked about their "best deal". There was no pressure, Paul made the sales process open book, and was great to work with. After agreeing to the purchase, we decided to add some cross pieces for the roof carrier and running boards, and he priced them well below retail for us. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealer. Oh, and the car is great, too. More

I did a chat with a nice lady named Amanda Grundl who just took me under her wing and gave me the confidence that she was going to see to it that we were going to be taken care of. The next day, we went down to get an appraisal for my vehicle. The vehicle that I had picked out was not going to work financially for us. The Harnish dealership refused to give up and gave us the confidence and piece of mind that they were really on our side and wanted to help us. A genuine, respectful salesman named Reggie Foster went to work and Billy Langford got her fingers in the wind and worked the numbers. I ended up with a beautiful 2015 Chevy Equinox that is breathtaking! This dealership really cared about us and was just so concerned that we would be happy. We were so pleased with their customer service that my husband bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado the next day!
