General seervice on Yukon Not once did I feel like they cared!! Dropped Yukon off at 10:00am on a Friday for oil and brake job. 4 hours later got a call that they found one b Not once did I feel like they cared!! Dropped Yukon off at 10:00am on a Friday for oil and brake job. 4 hours later got a call that they found one bad motor mount, several serp. belts cracked and a slow leak in tranny coolant line. Because I'm leaving for vacation I told them to go ahead with repairs. Toward the end of the day, I hadn't received any update so I HAD TO CALL. Was told that they wouldn't have time to complete so they'll be able to work on it TUESDAY! (Granted Saturday was a Holiday and Monday that group of tech's were off). I asked if they could provide a courtesy car since it would be 4 days before I could pick up. Flat out "No, we don't offer that". Asked what I was to do? Told to either bring it back Tuesday morning or leave with them. They did offer free shuttle service but when I told them my work was roughly 45 miles away (Live in Tacoma, work in Seattle) I was told that they probably wouldn't drive that far. Tuesday, mid afternoon came and still no word from Dealer. I called for update and was told my service advisor would call me back in a little bit (45 minutes later, still no word, and I now am missing my daughters first dance recital!!!!! Proud daddy moment gone!! Called a second time and was told they would call back in a few minutes. 10 minutes later the advisor called and said they were getting close to completing but may not finish it until the next day. Told them absolutely not, this is not an option. I had family drop me off at dealership to wait another 60+min at which point they finally finished all the work. I was able to squeeze only 10% off of bill (I HAD TO ASK). Paid bill, got in car and grease was all over leather on center console. Went back into service dept. and requested rag to wipe down console. Lot boy followed me out and I showed him. His reesponse, "Unfortunately the service tech who was working on your car is one of the messiest"...... Really?? That's your answer????? Please don't take your vehicle here and risk the same experience!!! After this fiasco I'll be crossing fingers that South Tacoma GM will be better. I'll be sure to let all my Chevy forums hear about his too! Bryan More

It turned out the repairs were going to be too expensive to be worth doing, so I checked the pre-owned inventory online and found a few cars that fit my needs. I came into the dealership that evening and met with STEVEN BACKMAN. He was very familiar with the inventory and quickly took me around the lot to the cars I was interested in. While walking around, he was very pleasant and easy going. I never felt pressured or steered in a certain direction, OR upsold to something out of the price range I told him I wanted to stay at in the beginning. Steven was very quick getting all the paperwork ready, and accommodating letting me come back the following day to make the payment and finalize the deal. Steve Clark was very easy to talk to and he listened to our needs without push back or reservations. He made us feel important and took interest in not only my husband and I, but our kids as well. Steve took the time to review both our buying and leasing options, which were easy to follow with one that fit better than the other for our budget as well as long term goals. Once we got to the financing office to sign paperwork we worked with a gentleman named Mike who was also easy to talk to and fun to work with......not something you think of when signing financial papers, but he made our time enjoyable as well. Horrible service I bought a car back in March. Check engine light came on soon as I pulled out of the dealership, cat code. I brought it back the next day they had it I bought a car back in March. Check engine light came on soon as I pulled out of the dealership, cat code. I brought it back the next day they had it for a week. They replaced one of the cats, for whatever reason they didn't replace the other cat. I got it back drove it for a couple more days. Check engine light came back on. I brought it back the next day they had it for 2 weeks to replace an O2 sensor, it's about a 30 minute job took them 2 weeks. Got the car back drove it for a week check engine light comes back on same Cat code they've been chasing since day one. Brought it back the next day. 2 weeks later they call me to tell me it needs a Cat. This time it's been about a month and a half since I bought the car. I knew it was the cat says in the codes. Now they tell me I have to pay 700$ to replace the cat they were supposed to fix almost 2 months ago. Still don't have my car fixed been 2 and a half weeks since I've had it made 2 payments on the loan for a car I've drove a total of 2 weeks. Not happy with this place. I don't recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. I put 8k down on a 13k car 2006 infiniti m45. Think they'd treat me a little better than they have. More
