Amanda called me not reading anything but name& number. She didn't know what I wanted, what I had, nothing.after I had to retell her all the details, she said she would call me back. Only after I filled out a feedback email did she call me- two days later. Two more days, two more phone calls we got to her bottom line. $1600 down and $400 per month, "but if you come down here we can probably fudge the numbers and do better". If you fudge numbers you have character issues. I want the advertised deal, not 8 times the down payment and double the monthly payment. No thanx. Avoid! More

treated horribly PLEASE BEWARE!!!! Worked with a salesman named Ryan. Bought a used vehicle from him at Harnish Chevy. The same day I drove it off the lot I noticed PLEASE BEWARE!!!! Worked with a salesman named Ryan. Bought a used vehicle from him at Harnish Chevy. The same day I drove it off the lot I noticed the transmission slipping. I called Ryan the same day. He told me to bring it back for the service dept to check it out. It took them a week to get back to me. I was told it WAS NOT the tranny. They said it was mis-firing. This went on until I had to take it to a transmission shop about a month later. They informed me exactly what I told Harnish in the beginning. IT IS THE TRANSMISSION!!!!!!!!! They are refusing to take the car back and they will not fix it! They found a sucker in me......A WOMAN! I now am carless because they took what I had for a down payment. They have no integrity. Please be advised they are exactly what people say about used car salesmen....…...SNAKES! More

First car in over 15 years I called Harnish after doing some research, and knowing we were going to need a family size. But a very strict budget and wanting a newer car, I had t I called Harnish after doing some research, and knowing we were going to need a family size. But a very strict budget and wanting a newer car, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven Backman. Who's a very family friendly and understanding salesman! I have also worked in sales and definitely have seen and been around the kind no one like....... But Steven stuck with us and worked on getting us a better car for our money, which wasn't very easy! We need special financing for this purchase, however even after my husbands BK we still have a awesome car!! I also would like to say Thomas Tate who helped us get the financing!! Thank you!! More
