The salesman Jim is amazing, really wish we could have done business with him but I would never recommend this dealership as long as people like Tucker work there, he is not a good person to have on board if a company wants to grow. They worked with my bank to confirm funds and picked me up at the airport. They did extra to make sure the car was ready for the long drive home. I worked with Christy Coyner in finance over the phone before even looking at vehicles. I found her to be very genuine and upfront. I met with her at a sales event and found her to be just as genuine and honest. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Never did I feel as if I was being pushed to make a decision. She simply showed me what my options were and allowed me think it through. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and talk with Christy! More

They were a pleasure to work with and made my buying a Corvette experience a good one. Scott was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions about the car and made it easier for me understanding the Corvette experience. Steve is a no pressure salesman and I enjoyed working with him and Leanne from from the Finance Dept. as well. Would definitely recommend Puyallup Chevrolet/GMC to family and friends or anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and get first class customer service all the way around. More
Smoothest and easiest of the 10+ car transactions I've done I've seen all the usual car dealer tricks in the course of buying or leasing 10+ cars: bait-and-switch by the car salespeople, aftermarket junk "preap I've seen all the usual car dealer tricks in the course of buying or leasing 10+ cars: bait-and-switch by the car salespeople, aftermarket junk "preapplied" to the car, finance department rate changes or lease/loan term changes, delivery "mixups" that resulted in a car not having the options I was promised etc., Buying from Chevy of Puyallup was the easiest and smoothest car transaction I've had. Got a quote from them on a 2015 Chevrolet Equinoix via Edmunds PricePromise. They called within an hour of sending the quote to confirm the price. Their price was hundreds less than the next best quote, so I was a bit suspicious. I insisted on doing everything in writing via email and peppered them with questions. I already had financing so I wasn't going to be needing their financing (reducing their margin). I was extremely clear I didn't have the time, energy or patience for the usual song-and-dance or bait-and-switch. They were exceptionally polite and straightforward, with no "hard sell" and no effort to dance around the questions or provide misleading answers. It seemed like they really did want to sell the car at the price they offered, no gimmicks or gotchas... So I drove an hour to their dealership, saw the Equinox in question and spent 15 minutes with Jared Baker, the salesperson assigned to my transaction. (The internet folks call and then hand you off to a physical salesperson if it looks like you're going forward.) He was extremely laid-back and friendly. ZERO sales pressure. The Equinox and the pricing were exactly as advertised. As soon as they'd got the paperwork ready, I walked across to see Leanne Cash, the finance manager. (As an aside, you can't ask for a better name than "Cash" if you're a finance manager.) We spent 15 minutes on the paperwork. I was out the door as the owner of a brand new 2015 Equinox 45 minutes after I walked in... I picked up the car a few days later. I couldn't take it with me the day I did the paperwork since I'd driven there alone (ready to leave if there was shady business.) When I returned, they had it freshly detailed out front with the keys ready. I'd forgotten to bring an extra copy of my insurance card; they happily let me use their computer to login and print off new cards. I left 15 minutes after I got there. The whole transaction was easy, painless and very professional. Can't ask for more. (And no, I have not been compensated in any way for writing this.) When we're in the market again for a car, they'll be my first stop. I'm recommending them to friends and colleagues at work - not something I do often. If you're looking for a Chevy, you owe it to yourself to give them a try. More
