Wonderful Experience I had a bit of trouble trying to call in, as there phones were not working properly. While on the website I got a chat request, which I used and chatt I had a bit of trouble trying to call in, as there phones were not working properly. While on the website I got a chat request, which I used and chatted with Tara, she explained the phones where down. I asked her about Crimson Red 2008 GMC Enovy. She checked on it and said they still had it. I told her I would be there within the hour. Once I arrived I saw the car was up front and Kevin came out to greet me. We went for a test drive, I was please with the car. He was very friendly and very easy to talk with. This is my husbands car so I got him on the phone as he could not be there, and he and Kevin talked about what kind of deal would work. Once the deal was agree on, went into finance and spoke with Billie, she is very easy to talk with and explain everything that I signed. Once the deal was completed I was on my way. I wasn't nervous one bit as I thought I might have been. Kevin and Billie may this as easy as possible. I would recommend them always. Thanks for such a great experience. More

Our salesman Mel is the best! My daughter and I were looking for a first car for her and Mel helped us get the car she wanted.We found online that Chevrolet of Puyallup had bot My daughter and I were looking for a first car for her and Mel helped us get the car she wanted.We found online that Chevrolet of Puyallup had both of the cars she wanted to look at so we drove from Maple Valley to look at them. We test drove both. Mel got us financed for the cheaper of the two but my daughter decided she like the feel of the more expensive car better so Mel went back and had them re-run the numbers and she was able to get the car she wanted and felt safe in. We are so happy with our experience at Chevrolet of Puyallup we aren't going to buy a car anywhere else. We felt no pressure to purchase extras we didn't need. Mel was a pleasure to work with. We have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and I had never like buying a ca,r but Chevrolet of Puyallup and Mel has changed that. We are definitely recommending Chevrolet of Puyallup to our friends and family. More

Please do not take your vehicle here I went to them for the factory recall on my car. After getting it back the car had a problem that they said was a bad berring due to lack of maintenan I went to them for the factory recall on my car. After getting it back the car had a problem that they said was a bad berring due to lack of maintenance. Even after giving them the proper records they still refused to pay for the vehicle and flat out lied to my face about getting an edm reading. They were very unporfessional in their attitude. I took it to sunset chev and they got it fixed and had me set up in a new york minute. I emplore everyone to stay away from their service center. I will not speak about the quality of their vehicle for i do not know though experience in their sales department. My vechilce was bought and Korum Hyundai. Of which i reccomend that no-one buy from them. I went to a chevy dealership on lake city way in seattle and have been happy with the great service they offered my ever since. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM PUYALLUP DEALERSHIPS. More
