She was AWESOME with everything from trying to work out the best deal with finance all the way to finding me the best insurance and coverages and staying with me every step of the way till the end. She and manager Steve Zamberlin were an absolute pleasure to speak to and I felt in great hands from the moment I stepped in the door and made sure I left happy. The purchase process was good and not so good. Jim Triggs was my salesman. He is a very nice man and very knowledgeable. I was overall happy with working with him through the purchase process. The down side of this purchase process was the detail shop. I waited over 2 hours to get the truck ready to go. Jim said it was ready and when I looked inside the cab it obviously had not been touched. Marks and prints were still obvious. Jim sent it back for another go at detailing. The truck was a bit better but by no means was it detailed inside or outside. I figure when I spend so much money on a new truck it should be perfectly clean inside and out. I have PTSD so my memory is not so great. I stopped by the dealership a few days after purchase with a few questions about the media in the truck. I was told to come back when Jim is in. I guess Jim is the only one who knows how to work the media system in the truck. The process was way to long,7 hours. I came in with my own financing hoping to speed the process but didn't happen that way. Overall I give a 3 star review. More
