After a week of dealing with my local dealer and being asked to buy vehicles I didn't want, then being told I had to wait several days to find out if the vehicle I wanted was still available... I gave up on my local dealer in Springfield OR. I placed multiple calls to various dealers and receive a call back from Jeremy in Puyallup. "Great news, we can get the exact car you want today." was Jeremy's message. I called him back and we were able to get a manageable price, then he was able to request my vehicle to come from another dealer farther north and I drove the 5 hours up to purchase my new vehicle. Jeremy made sure the fuel tank was full and even had the detail shop rewash my car after a bird pooped on it while I was in getting my paperwork completed. The lady in finance was awesome, felt like I was with a friend (wish I remembered her name, sorry) She even gave me a couple of portable water dished for my 3 pups who rode up with me. The people here do their best to have happy customers and I will gladly make the drive up when my family is in need of another vehicle. Well worth a road trip and I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I love my 2016 Buick Encore Premium I didn't have any work done so I did not give any star rating there. More

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Yesterday 6/29/2016, My sister took her car in to Chev dealer in Puyallup. I went to pick her up in my Chevrolet Cruz but her car was ready early. Yesterday 6/29/2016, My sister took her car in to Chev dealer in Puyallup. I went to pick her up in my Chevrolet Cruz but her car was ready early. She parked across the street and we got in my car to go back to Tacoma, but changed our minds so she decided to drive back on her own. We went back to where she was parked and she headed for Tacoma. I had gone back around to go onto River Road. And then the craziest thing happened. MY CAR heating gage went all the way to Red and the Car was basically cracking up But right there in on the left side not more than 20 feet was the Chevrolet place. It was so weird. I pulled in left the car and wondered how absolutely lucky I was. My Gaurdian Angels were taking care of me, in a big way. Two weeks ago my son came home from College summer break. My husband drove all the way to Cheney Washington and is so lucky this did not happen. It would have been really bad. But then more happened. I had no real warranty and it was $99.00 to have a diagnostic. Normal pricing. I was saving Money for a trip to NY to visit my God daughter and her mother, my best friend whom I have not seen in over 15 yrs. I thought to myself. Well that's over. We had just put over 1, 000 dollars in to an old Kia and really no more left to spend. I got a call today, that I owed nothing and that the parts and repair were free. I only needed to clean my car system coolant. And the Inspection was free. The staff there are nice and friendly. I don't think I have ever seen that before at a other repair shops. They are always so gruff. I feel like I have to be nice to them just to get good service. A lady by the name of Jeanne McCoy was so professional, nice, and made me feel right at home. I will never forget our conversation and my sister said Jeanne is always nice. Wow. What a good experience with something that scared me to death. I have never wrote anything to a car place before, but I was so impressed with all that happened, I knew God put me right there at that time. More
