Great until the paperwork was done. All was fine with the deal until the paperwork was done. I picked out a 2107 Volt right off the truck so the inspection was not completed yet. I was told to take another Volt for the night and then I could get it on Sunday. I get a call Sunday and I am told something is wrong with the car and it will get looked at on Monday. Ok, that's cool I can live with that. On Monday no response from my salesman. Tuesday I get a text that says car will be ready on Friday at the latest. That's it, no explanation or anything. I call and get told there is a problem with the heater controls and they need to order a part. I am not that happy at that point that I am buying a car that came broken and they will need to pull the dashboard off of the car to fix it. But, its a car and these things happen. I do not hear anything for days so I call service at 10am Thursday. I speak to Rex and find out the car is done and has been given back to sales. I wait all day and hear nothing. I text my salesman and he tells me the car will be ready Friday. Obviously that's weird since its done and leads me to believe he wasn't even looking. I call and am told "the part just came in" and will be ready Friday(tomorrow). I let him know I already called and spoke to Rex and its been done for hours. He says "let me call you back". I get called back and told the car will be ready in an hour or two after it is detailed. I reiterate my interest in making sure it is not rushed and done right. I also ask at least 3 different times to have the car on the charger for me. I come in the car is not on the charger and I get my keys and quickly leave. At this point I am pretty annoyed. And not that it is a hug deal but there are now small marks on the trim where you can see that the dash has been removed and done a little damage. Not a huge deal but everyone loves a perfect brand new car. Then, I get the email from Steve Z asking for me to rate them and asking for him to be contacted before you make a review if you are dissatisfied. So, I email him and say I am not happy without any details. He sends a short reply that says what can I do to help? I reply I am not sure but please call me and we can discuss. I never got a call and that was 3 days ago. So here we are. I think I tried to let them remedy the situation and the sales manager chose not to. I feel that once the deal was done my salesman did not care one bit when my car was done and whether or not my new car was charged and ready for me even though I requested it multiple times. I will save this review for the request from Chevrolet also. More

amazing experience I have had a horrible experience with car shopping in the past, but this time it was different. I had done months of online browsing for the vehicle I I have had a horrible experience with car shopping in the past, but this time it was different. I had done months of online browsing for the vehicle I wanted, comparing prices, years, mileage etc with dealerships throughout pierce and king county. I went to a dealership before coming to Chevrolet of Puyallup, and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Then I stopped by Chevrolet of Puyallup because they were one of the few dealerships that had both new and used GMC Terrains. Mario came to help us with what our wants and needs were and I instantly felt at ease. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me some vehicles and then showed me pretty much the same vehicle but under the Chevy name, because they run a bit cheaper than GMC. We went inside, he made a list of the things I "need" and "want" on my future vehicle. Then the magic happened. Mario went to go find the Terrain he had in mind, but came back with keys to 2016 GMC Terrain with only 4 miles on it and with a $5,000 rebate, where as the original Terrain he went to get did not have that type of rebate etc. A brand new 2016 vehicle for $23k, that was less than the used Terrains on my list to go see!! I was thrilled beyond words! We took the car for a test drive and I fell in love. When we got back to the dealership financing showed me what my monthly payments would be like for 3 different loan lengths. I was told that it would not be above the last payment amount which was only $30 above my budget, so I agreed and the processed continued. After Mario and financing worked their magic I walked out of the dealership with a brand new never test driven (besides myself) vehicle with payments that actually ended up being almost $100 less than what I was shown and had agreed too! I can not express how much appreciation and gratitude I have for Mario and the Chevrolet of Puyallup dealership. The literally took the stress of this pregnant momma, away, and did not ever make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. MARIO IS A ROCKSTAR!! More

Buying new Car I have went car shopping to a number of dealerships in the Tacoma Puyallup area, comparing prices and different vehicles, and it is amazing the differ I have went car shopping to a number of dealerships in the Tacoma Puyallup area, comparing prices and different vehicles, and it is amazing the different ways you get treated....some try and push their cars on you , some wont give you the time of day depending on how you are dressed or if you don't have something they want, as far as cash down or the right trade in etc., but when I first went to Harnish Chevrolet of Puyallup, I was treated like part of the family.....no pressure...(Big selling point), was treated with Respect, and had a very pleasant experience without the stress usually associated with buying a car. That is why I keep coming back to them, I have purchased 3 cars from them now and will continue to be a return customer and refer all my friends and family. I would like to thank Don Burks, Jim Triggs, Mike & Steve for Exceptional service . Anyone looking for a new or used car should definitely stop in and see for yourself. More
