First time @ Charlies It started right off very positive. We were greeted right at the front door by a very person and he asked if there was someone or something we would l It started right off very positive. The next thing that happened was the car we were interested in came right out and we were given a preview and sent out for a test ride. When we came back we went in to do the negotiations. The financial person came in and he gave us every possible option for us to purchase the car. We agreed to a price and a financial option and then he told us it would just be a few minutes and the paperwork would be ready. Everything went flawless. I have purchased or leased a lot of vehicles over time and 3 years ago my wife and I leased 2 new vehicles in one day. It took us from 8 am to 4 pm before it was completed. At Charlies Nissan we were in and out in less than 2 hours. It was an amazing experience. We do plan on going back to look when our leases are done. More
