I have just purchased a 2010 Toyota 4 Runner from Charles Toyota in Norwich. I just want to say that it was the most pleasant experience that I ever had at a dealership. When it came to financing my vehicle, Tommy Couture worked so hard with several financial institutions to get me the deal I wanted, and could afford. They gave me more than I imagined for my trade-in and showed me the paperwork.....Other dealerships wouldn't do that and try to "hide" the numbers. I recommend Charles Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you again Charles Toyota!!!!! More
