Worst Customer Care I own a 2012 Ram 3500 and within the first 10,000 miles it develop a severe front end wobble (AKA DEATH WOBBLE). The truck has been in the shop 7-8 ti I own a 2012 Ram 3500 and within the first 10,000 miles it develop a severe front end wobble (AKA DEATH WOBBLE). The truck has been in the shop 7-8 times over the past two years for the same issue every 10,000-12,000 miles. This time the truck was in for the the same issue and Chapman refused to listen to the problem nor investigate the ongoing issue any further. At this time I would NOT recommend Chapman to anyone for service. More
