Never Again Salesman was misleading and made promises to my wife that were not possible with the negative equity on her trade in which was a '13 Journey R/T fully Salesman was misleading and made promises to my wife that were not possible with the negative equity on her trade in which was a '13 Journey R/T fully loaded. So they sent her home with a car and let her drive it for days just to call and request it back later on that they could not cover the negative equity as they claimed. She was purposely doing this on her own credit without me to help build her own credit but I would have considered paying the negative equity to prevent this situation if they had handled professionally from the beginning. Now I will never do business with them again because of the poor handling of the situation, lying by omission and misinformation given to her by the salesman and the finance department. More

I was disappointed by Chapman for twi reasons. First, it was a rainy day, and I requested that a new wiper blade be installed. Mine was ripped and flopping around. It was written on the service order, but was not installed. Second, my service advisor said he would call as soon as the truck was finished. I waited all day for a call that never came. Finally, I called to check on it, was sent to voicemail, and left a message. Almost immediately I got a return call saying it was done. I can only assume it had probably been done for hours, but I was not notified. I dropped it off at 6:45 am for a recall repair that takes 1.5 hours. I waited about 9 hours before calling to check on it. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service. More
"Fixed A Problem and Got Us Home Without More Drama" Were on a 3 day " anniversary trip" to Vegas when our 2008 Wrangler stopped running in Valley of Fire State park, about an hour north of Vegas. Same p Were on a 3 day " anniversary trip" to Vegas when our 2008 Wrangler stopped running in Valley of Fire State park, about an hour north of Vegas. Same problem had been worked on a month earlier at my local dealer in SoCal, but was never definitively identified, despite over $600 of " maybe this, maybe that " solutions. Chapman's tech ( Mark.T) went to some extra diagnostic effort and got the problem identified in the shop. Back on the road in 2 more days. Excellent communications by service adviser ( Andrew T) during the wait time helped us not ruin our trip, and fix was under warranty= minimal charges! Thank you, Chapman Team, for making an out of town visitor feel comfortable during an emergency.. More
P2004 Code Took my '07 Jeep Compass in to service due to an engine light / Fault Code P2004. After researching I found that I needed a new intake manifold. Appar Took my '07 Jeep Compass in to service due to an engine light / Fault Code P2004. After researching I found that I needed a new intake manifold. Apparently, there was a service bulletin out in 2007 for this and the dealer in Oregon never bothered to look it up and apply it while the Compass was under warranty. $1,000 later I had my Jeep back and it ran a lot better. The service folks at Chapman on Sahara, were incredible as was the shuttle driver. 1. They got me in early Saturday morning and diagnosed what I already feared and they had the parts in stock. Amazing! 2. I was given a ride home to wait for the repairs to be completed. The shuttle driver was a kick. She made the drive go so much faster pleasant conversation. 3. The Compass was finished by 2:30 and the shuttle picked me up and returned me to the dealer. Again the same driver. :-) 4. They washed the Jeep and had it ready for me when I arrived. This was at 3:00pm (one hour after they closed on Saturdays) Their professional attitude and understanding were well received and I will definitely be back there again More
Major Problem misdiagnosed I brought my new Charger to Chapman on the advice of a friend. There was a loud noise coming from the rear end. I have been around cars for 40+ years I brought my new Charger to Chapman on the advice of a friend. There was a loud noise coming from the rear end. I have been around cars for 40+ years so i was pretty sure the noise was not normal and coming from the rear end. I stressed the fact that this was a very expensive car, and I preferred that a knowledgeable person diagnose the problem. After leaving the car for half a day, I received a call from Jay saying that could pick it up. I must say Jay (Jason) was very nice and accommodating through the whole encounter. Upon arrival Jay said that his service foreman took a test ride and that the sound was normal. I disagreed with this diagnosis and was offered a ride with the foreman so I could point out the noise. The foreman was busy so I took a ride with Jay and he confirmed the sound was normal. I really can't blame Jay because he is only a service writer and not a mechanic. I was not satisfied, so I decided to get another opinion, I went to another and rode with a tech who was a a drive line specialist. He was only in the car 5 minutes and confirmed that my rear end was bad. They are ordering me a new one and will replace it soon. My problem with Chapman was that although they were very friendly, they did not take the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly. In the future they should use knowledgeable people and the right equipment so this does not occur again. Now I am forced to have it repaired somewhere else and take more time for a problem that should have been solved the first time. More

I work at a dealership up the street and they took no short cuts in getting my truck fixed. It was a big job and they updated me and kept me in the loop with what was going on with the repair. This dealership was a breath of fresh air after my experience at another Dodge store in town. I met Chapman Dodge's shop foreman and service manager they shook my hand and were grateful for my business. I will refer all of my dodge customers to these people from here on out Thanks Guys!!! More
