I have been back 3 times with a vehicle I purchased for the same reasons. It appears fixed FINALLY. They were helpful and understood my anger about this problem. I have been bringing my 08' Dodge Ram 3500 into Chapman since I purchasd it in 2009 (from another dealer out of state). The level of service and the consistent quality given me by those in the service dep since I purchasd it in 2009 (from another dealer out of state). The level of service and the consistent quality given me by those in the service department at Chapman has been outstanding. There have been several service advisors - from Bem Morris, to Adan Mendez, to Gage Garrison. All of whom have been very helpful and informative. I have had a few recall notices taken care of and had my vehicle serviced at least four times in the past 6 months. I do a lot of traveling and need to have dependable transportation. Chapman's service department has made it so I do not worry about mechanical or electrical breakdowns when I am on the road. I always recommend Chapman to my freinds and will continue to do so. Mike was very informative and helpful, he went out of his way to have my brakes checked only to report I had plenty of wear left on them and they did not need replacing. The service manager was very pleasant, welcoming. I assume that the repair is great,(hoping that I won't have any future problems). My biggest problem is leaving my van overnight. I know that sometimes it's necessary, but a 1:30 PM arrival should be early enough for same day service. It's a good thing that I'm retired and can get a ride during servicing period. I wish the system where simpler: make an appointment, deliver vehicle, service begins right then, customer leaves with smile on face for not having to wait for an excessive period. However, if work is extensive, owner finds out immediately and can make appropriate adjustments in his schedule. More

This was my first time to this service station. I have to say it was a great experience. Robert was my point of contact and he kept me up to date throughout the day, working we me and my personal mechani to say it was a great experience. I was an Integrity Las Vegas customer before they closed and had a negative experience with dealership repair shops. That changed with Chapman Las Vegas. My first visit - which is on the opposite side of t and had a negative experience with dealership repair shops. That changed with Chapman Las Vegas. My first visit - which is on the opposite side of town for me was a good experience. Since being a customer and with at least 4 visits now It is getting better each time. From the time I drop off to pick up everyone is very helpful and always friendly. I went in for a simple oil change but it was discovered i had a water pump leak. I was going on a long trip and if the repair tech had not found that leak who knows what could have happened on that trip. There was no other "symptoms" of the leak from a driver's viewpoint. My car was not in for a major repair and therefore not scheduled for the main shop. Since I was leaving on a trip I needed my car back. Gage called me and found out I was going on a long trip, he asked if I could leave the car since they were booked in the main shop. I got a call from Gage later that afternoon that he and Mike were able to get my car in the shop early and they finished the repairs that same day! What a pleasant surprise! My car lease ends at the end of the year, I plan on going to Chapman for the new car. More
