54000 mile service good. Brake service appears to have corrected problems from new brake shoes and new rotors previously installed plus more brake work required this trip. Three service visits for brakes corrected problems from new brake shoes and new rotors previously installed plus more brake work required this trip. Three service visits for brakes with result that each visit cost another 200-300 dollars on top of earlier visits. Now with third bill it appears bakes work OK. More

I have been back 3 times with a vehicle I purchased for the same reasons. It appears fixed FINALLY. They were helpful and understood my anger about this problem. I have been bringing my 08' Dodge Ram 3500 into Chapman since I purchasd it in 2009 (from another dealer out of state). The level of service and the consistent quality given me by those in the service dep since I purchasd it in 2009 (from another dealer out of state). The level of service and the consistent quality given me by those in the service department at Chapman has been outstanding. There have been several service advisors - from Bem Morris, to Adan Mendez, to Gage Garrison. All of whom have been very helpful and informative. I have had a few recall notices taken care of and had my vehicle serviced at least four times in the past 6 months. I do a lot of traveling and need to have dependable transportation. Chapman's service department has made it so I do not worry about mechanical or electrical breakdowns when I am on the road. I always recommend Chapman to my freinds and will continue to do so. Mike was very informative and helpful, he went out of his way to have my brakes checked only to report I had plenty of wear left on them and they did not need replacing. The service manager was very pleasant, welcoming. I assume that the repair is great,(hoping that I won't have any future problems). My biggest problem is leaving my van overnight. I know that sometimes it's necessary, but a 1:30 PM arrival should be early enough for same day service. It's a good thing that I'm retired and can get a ride during servicing period. I wish the system where simpler: make an appointment, deliver vehicle, service begins right then, customer leaves with smile on face for not having to wait for an excessive period. However, if work is extensive, owner finds out immediately and can make appropriate adjustments in his schedule. More
