I have been having transmission trouble for a while and it is not being fixed.Also the #4 injector tube keeps cracking and no one know why. These issues need to be addressed. I just wanted to say, that the service I receive every time is fantastic. I don't have my papers handy or I would be able to tell you the names. We took our 2008 Avenger to have warranty work completed, the passenger window fell into the door. They had to replace the regulator assembly. Was told it might get completed that same day (Saturday) if th the passenger window fell into the door. They had to replace the regulator assembly. Was told it might get completed that same day (Saturday) if the parts were in stock. Denys called back and said that they had the regulator, but that particular style required a different glass, and it would be Monday before they would have the glass. Got the call Monday afternoon that our car was ready for pickup, however Denys said that the window tint had a scratch in it that Dodge would not cover under the warranty. The problem I have with that is our original window was perfect, no scratches in the tint. Now we get warranty work done and are suppose to accept substandard work? Doesn't sound like quality customer care to me. Denys and everyone we talked with were very friendly, so I want to make sure to point that out. Then we get home and I'm looking over the paperwork and notice a few things that are a little concern such as it showed the wiper blades were inspected and found to be worn, but I just put brand new blades on it myself. It also showed the Air cleaner to be dirty and again, I just personnaly changed it myself during a very recent Oil change. More

Tori at your body shop was teriffic and kept me up to date all through the process, sometimes several times during the week. Adan for a 15k service. Adan Mendez in the service area is top notch as well and he even brought in Gage Garrison to solve an IPod connection problem that I haven't been able to get resolved since I bought the car. Tori and Adan communicated prior to my service to make sure everything I listed since the repairs was taken care of and even arranged for the car to be taken to the body shop and back if necessary. Gage provided excellent customer service, kept me informed of the progress of the service and of what additional things needed attention also providing me with the price. I received an oil and filter change coupon in the mail from Chapman Dodge. The price was good so I thought I would give them a try. When service advisor Gage Garrison came out to write me up, he alerted m from Chapman Dodge. The price was good so I thought I would give them a try. Turned out to be a cracked rubber vacume hose that they fixed at no charge. Great service! More

Very happy with the work that was done to correct my problem. Since I reside over 100 miles from Vegas I appreciated the fact that they were able to do the repairs in the same day. Dear Sir or Madam, yes, i'd recommend the dealership. the service was in/out the same day as requested and that was important. all of the staff wer Dear Sir or Madam, yes, i'd recommend the dealership. the service was in/out the same day as requested and that was important. all of the staff were thorough and friendly. i found the price exorbitant to fix a window regulator. apparently, an updated regulator required a new window to go with the part, which i found bizarre, as there was nothing wrong with the original window. i assume that this is a chrysler issue and i do not fault the dealership for an issue beyond their control. but i did think that over $500 to fix a window regulator was outrageous. how the old window could not work with a new regulator is beyond me, but i do take the dealership at it's word on that. among the several suggested maintenance issues recommended was to have the spark plugs replaced, that my liberty was in need of a new set. as i had them replaced elsewhere at 30k miles, this is obviously not possible nor accurate. spark plugs don't go out in 10k miles. it does give me pause to consider if the new window is also a fabrication. but what do i know? i'm at the mercy of a dealership and automaker that i hope are ethical. (just for the record, this is the third regulator to go out on my vehicle in 40k miles. i know these things happen--but three?) lastly, the original window was after-market tinted by the original dealership. i only found out upon picking up my vehicle that i would have to deal with getting it re-tinted on my own. that became a continuing saga for the remainder of the day. if this issue had to happen then i would have been nice if it had transpired 4k miles earlier when i was still under warranty. but as the saying goes: 'if wishes were horses beggars would ride'.
