Took my truck in for four by four failure. Everything was covered by my warranty, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The only complaints that I have are the fact that my truck was not washed unti covered by my warranty, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The only complaints that I have are the fact that my truck was not washed until I asked it to be when it was brought out on it's return and the process that went into getting a rental vehicle. Would have loved a loaner car from the dealership instead of having to go through enterprise rental car. The car was paid for, but I had to pay for all of the taxes associated with the rental. Also, the process to get the rental took a lot longer than I had hoped. Overall, not a bad experience. Ben was extremely helpful, and because of his professionalism I will return for future service. Will never come back!!!!! With the exception of being sent an email telling me my appointment was for 7:00 am and an employee telling me that they don't open until 7:30 am all was good. Tony was an excellent customer service rep who took extreme care of my truck and completely understood my needs and expectations! I think that improvement is needed in providing contact with customers arriving in your service department.when a customer with an appointment comes in for service he has no direction on where to report or with customers arriving in your service department.when a customer with an appointment comes in for service he has no direction on where to report or check in.The procedure is confusing and not at all friendly.I also think it would be great to have someone give the customer an update when the wait is for an extended period of time.Personnel in the service area are all on phones or computers and customers are ignored and confused.The service is good but attention to the customer needs improvement. Working with Mike was a pleasant experience. He kept me informed all the way until my car was finished. He made arrangements to get me a rental while my car was in the service area.
