Excellent customer service, greated upon arrival, explained what would be done and how long it would take. It took 1 hour less than anticipated, then I had a weird noise after service, so went back. explained what would be done and how long it would take. I thought the Prices charged and those quoted for additional recommended services were exhorbitant. Working with my service advisor Tony Santos has been a true pleasure. Never have I had the trust and confidence in an individual when having service performed at a dealership. For vehicle sevice, Michael Reynolds was my service advisor. I will be back for vehicle service because of him and the satisfactory service I have received. I brought ny vehicle in for body repair on Monday 21st of June. I called Torrey (young lady) on wednesday the 23rd to see how the body service on my vehicle was progressing. Torrey did not say when it would be done but to call back on Thursday 24th. I did let her know that I was planning on going out of town on the weekend. She said that she would try to get my vehicle finished by at least Friday. I told her that I had to work on Friday and needed to have the vehicle by at least 2:30pm. When I called her on Friday (two times) the last being around 1:00pm she told me that she did not think it would be done in time. So, I had to exchange the small vehicle I had from Enterprise for a bigger vehicle. At approximately 2:30pm I had to get some things out of my vehicel for my weekend trip. I was escorted back to my vehicle by an employee and when I got to the vehicle the Body Service man was just finishing up with my vehicle. The Body Service man said he would have his part completed within ten minutes. Why could Torrey not have known the vehicle would have been finished? I had to rush back to Enterprise and had to call into work and let them know I would be more than likey be late. Then Torrey referred to another individual at her counter in front of me as bald guy to make things worse. I almost said something but held my being upset with her disrespectful attitude. I was upset about a recent repair. Mike Nicosia came out to my car and spoke with me. He explained tactfully the correct way to helping my car perform better and showed me some operati out to my car and spoke with me. He explained tactfully the correct way to helping my car perform better and showed me some operations of my car. I was upset and he delt with my emotional state well. He did not make me feel foolish or like I did not want to come back. The service dept looked into my concerns and assisted to make the deal right. I have spent over $4000.00 recently at Chapman Dodge on repairs to my car. It did not operate any better. This most recent work may have done the trick. I appreciate Mike Nicosia showing such professional conduct, I was not being very nice that day. It is because of him I will continue to use Chapman Dodge for my car care needs.
