Mr. Nicosia, My last visit to Chapman was a big Mr. Nicosia, My last visit to Chapman was a big mistake.I have brought my 2009 Ram 1500 to this dealership for over 1yr. and almost every time I h Mr. Nicosia, My last visit to Chapman was a big mistake.I have brought my 2009 Ram 1500 to this dealership for over 1yr. and almost every time I have left their disappointed,disgusted,unhappy,and extremely frustrated. Because the dealership United Dodge where I purchased the truck has closed, I was limited to were I could take my truck for service. Being that Chapman was the older of the two dealerships I thought that was a safe choice as to whom I should depend on. I was wrong. On 4/13/10 was the first attempt to fix the GLASS that rattles.8/3/10 was the second attempt to fix the GLASS that rattles.10/5/10 was the 3rd attempt to fix the GLASS that rattles.On 8/3/10 one of your employees felt the need to put 17miles on my truck to "hear the rattle".On 10/5/10 one of your employees felt the need to go through my fist aid kit that was found open and help themselves to what ever they needed.The visit to install the new headliner has now left my interior with more damage,grease,scuffs and remains of the installation procedure then when I dropped the truck off. I'm now forced to take further action against your service repairs that have failed to correct the problems that have been brought to your departments attention.If you look at your service records you will clearly see that I have been trying to resolve many issues for over 1yr.6/15/09 was the visit were your employees removed the GLASS to try and fix this problem.On 4/13/10 I never received an answer as to why my water pump would fail on a new truck and your employees apparently do not know how to use the correct tools to remove nuts in the engine compartment when the water pump was replaced other wise they would not have left stripped marks on the surface of the nuts.All these issues were told to Mike Reynolds and now Nate Plemons.I specifically told Nate of my concern with keeping the interior clean,grease finger prints excessive test mileage ect...On 10/7/10 when I picked up the truck and found that not 15seconds after leaving your service department that the GLASS still rattles, I have scuff and grease marks and had been ripped off by one you your employees who needed to go through my first aid kit that was on the floor behind the passenger seat.My truck runs worse now since the last oil change with an erratic,skipping idol. Now please Mr. Nicosia feel free to tell me that you yourself would put up with this type of treatment after purchasing a new truck. I think not.I have received a notification from Chrysler that my front driver and passenger seat cushion may tear during normal usage and I should make an appointment with my dealer to have them replaced.After how my truck and personal belonging were treated at your service center I'm in fear of ever going back there to have work done.I never though buying a new truck would be such a costly,infuriating,disappointing experience.Please feel free to contact me for further information if needed. This was the second time that I had my Truck in for warrenty repair. The first time was for 5 days. This time it was three days. When I ask about a rental or loaner car I was infomed that they do not warrenty repair. The first time was for 5 days. This time it was three days. When I ask about a rental or loaner car I was infomed that they do not give one for short periods. In my opinion overnight or 2 days would be a short period of time. If I come in for a repair... not normal maintenance... and my truck is there for 3 or more days I feel that a rental or loaner car would be very helpful. I commute 80 miles a day for work and when we are short a vehicle it put a large strain on the family. More

Mike Reynolds is an excellent service advisor and treated us with the utmost courtesy. He had everything scheduled perfectly and was a gentleman to be around.
