I am very happy with the service department in doing inspections that alert car owners with the items that your expert mechanics found to be requiring attention. Chapman Dodge continues to be my favorite dealership, ever. AS AN ADDITIONAL KUDO, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 2004 THUNDERBIRD I BOUGHT FROM YOU LAST JULY. I AM TOO MUCH HAPPY. My service advisor used to be Mike, so it was odd to look for his number on your website and see that he was no longer there - though I don't see how that could have been avoided. I called the main number and my call was sent to Anthony's voice mail automatically. He called me back right away. I was pleased to have been connected with Anthony since he was often friendly on my prior visits. He turned out to be a great service advisor and his service surpassed the service I received from Mike. My only other feedback is that the labor charge to replace my battery was $50. I understand that I will pay more to have the dealership replace my battery, but that seemed a bit high. However, I've found your pricing in many other ways to be more competitive than what I paid for service when I lived in Denver, CO. More

We came to you because of bad information from another dealership. We couldn't pass the smog test and had a 601 error. A Dodge dealership in North Las Vegas Service Manager told me that it was a error s dealership. We couldn't pass the smog test and had a 601 error. A Dodge dealership in North Las Vegas Service Manager told me that it was a error saying the memory had cleared due to other work done on the car (gas tank replacement) and I had to drive it under 50 miles an hour continuously for 30 miles to reset and told me to change where I got my smog test done. Completed that and had a retest done at another shop (not the dealer) who said the car needed to be driven 60 miles same way. So, I drove from North Las Vegas to Primm and back at 47 miles an hour, which is more fun than I can describe. I then took it to a third place to do a free check and he said it still didn't work, take it to another dealer. Since I was abot a mile from Chapman, I came there and met Denys. Within about 40 seconds, she told me that the computer was fried and needed replacement due to all the information i gave her. I told her that I needed her help since all this runaround put me in position to be lat renewing my tags. She said since it was late in the day (after 330 or so) that she would see if she could get someone to do the repair. She did and it all got finished very quickly. While it was an expensive repair, I appreciated the knowledge and the quickness of Denys in helping us out. We have several Dodges in the family and have been "short changed" at other dealerships in town. I will be bringing them to Chapman for repair from now on. Thanks again, Denys! More
Nate, took care of my initial issue as well as additional recalls. A part had to be ordered and was received the next day. Best Chrysler dealership I have ever been to as far as service. And I have been to a lot. If the sales department is a reflection of the service department, there will be no question where I buy my next service. And I have been to a lot. If the sales department is a reflection of the service department, there will be no question where I buy my next car. BUT, the sales department has a lot to measure up to. In the service department, there is a young lady named Denys who has taken care of my Chrysler needs every time I have come to this Chapman dealership. I am impressed by her attitude, her knowledge, her ability to take your car, get it in, get it fixed, get it out and ready for pick up, and manage to keep the car owner in the loop on the whole process. While this process is rarely measured in one persons abilities to do their job and to satisfy the costomer, you can rest assured that this customer IS completely satisfied. Thank you for doing a great job. More
My Jeep was towed to the dealership early morning, the battery was dead. I was informed it would probably take all day, or take till the next day to check out the vehicle and replace the battery. A very long time to not have your vehicle for a battery replacement. In addition, the dealership service department where customer meet service advisors was very dirty, the place did not look professional. I normally go to the Jeep dealer in Henderson (much farther from my house); they have very professional service advisors, service is quick, and it is clean. I won't be coming back to this dealer, they pale compared to the Henderson Jeep dealer. More
