Anthony makes my service experience good. Prior to Anthony taking care of my vehicle needs, my experiences were only tolerable. The experience in the service waiting area is also greatly improved from what it was a year+ agao when I first started bringing my car in. Having a clean, well organized seating area that appears deliberate vs. being an afterthought makes it a much more comfortable place to wait. One thing that also seems different is the price value. A year+ ago, my car and it's follow up sticker would be set for 5,000 miles and the price on the oil change seemed like a steal compared to the dealership I previously went to in Colorado. Now, the follow up is set for 3,000 miles and the pricing seems more similar to the dealership I visited in CO. Not necessarily a bad thing, but something that seems a little different. More

This was the first service visit for my new Challenger R/T: Oil change, tire rotation, and a recall for a power steering hose. The only negative was that the service department did not have the part necessary to complete the recall repair. Now I have to come back in to take care of that once the part is ordered and delivered. The service department should have the parts necessary to complete recall repairs in stock don't you think (?)
