Having a clean, well organized seating area that appears deliberate vs. being an afterthought makes it a much more comfortable place to wait. One thing that also seems different is the price value. A year+ ago, my car and it's follow up sticker would be set for 5,000 miles and the price on the oil change seemed like a steal compared to the dealership I previously went to in Colorado. Now, the follow up is set for 3,000 miles and the pricing seems more similar to the dealership I visited in CO. Not necessarily a bad thing, but something that seems a little different. More

The only negative was that the service department did not have the part necessary to complete the recall repair.
