i was unhappy that Anthony arranged for Tom to come get me and by time we get there he had gone home! thankfully 3 employees were very gracious and helped me pay for the truck, tom brought it forward and me and by time we get there he had gone home! thankfully 3 employees were very gracious and helped me pay for the truck, tom brought it forward and I went home. Tall goodlooking lady short little ladt with glasses and a guy with a long braid that I assume is Native American all made my disappointment some better. When you spend $549 + the person you had contact with ought to be there to see the process through. Evidently he had something more inportant to do! Otherwise I will return for further work. happy with Anthony's attitude! I am a psychologist so I know customer service. cynthia gray More

We bought our 2000 Jeep Cherokee new from the Chapman Auto Mall in Henderson. After the warrantee expired, we still believed in going to a dealer for service. We brought the Jeep to Chapman Las Vegas for Auto Mall in Henderson. After the warrantee expired, we still believed in going to a dealer for service. We brought the Jeep to Chapman Las Vegas for regular maintenance on 05-31-07. Subsequent service charges were higher than we were originally quoted, but as seniors who don’t drive a great deal now, we wanted to keep the car. On 01-30-09, the rear main seal was replaced for $722.59 along with other repair charges totaling $2,360.77. On 05-20-09, the fuel pump was replaced for $815.35. The total bill was $1,219.61. Although no evidence of another oil leak existed on our garage floor, we were told the rear main seal needed to be replaced again on 02-08-11 when we brought the car in for its regular 60,000 mile maintenance check. The total bill: $1,444.49. Upset, but still trusting what we were being told, we drove car home. The next morning, it struggled to start although it had started fine before being serviced. This continued to happen so we brought the car back on 02-11-11. Imagine our shock when we were told the fuel pump needed replacing again, costing us an additional $1,018.18. The Service Manager’s smug response, “Sorry, falls outside 12 month/12,000 warrantee.” (True - it had been 19 months, but less than 6,000 miles for both repairs.) After posting this review, Ryan Payne, the Service Director, contacted us - much to our surprise. We were told we will be receiving $250 for a defective fuel pump & a $320 credit on our next service visit. (We're still out $1,581.91 for the seal and labor.) Taking your car to Chapman on Sahara? I moved to Las Vegas two years ago. I have been a customer of Chapman since then. Tony Santos, Service Department, has been assisting me with my Chrysler 300 and I have found him very knowledgeable, customer of Chapman since then. Tony Santos, Service Department, has been assisting me with my Chrysler 300 and I have found him very knowledgeable, friendly and professinoal. On this last visit for service, Tony introduced me to Frank Maderra in the Sales Department. I ended up turning in my leased car and buying a new one. I am now very pleased with the Service and Sales Departments and will recommend them whenever possible. Thank you. More
I would recommend this dealership, but with qualfication. I would recommend this dealership, but with qualfication. I got a pretty good deal on the 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 truck I bought, but what we discussed I would recommend this dealership, but with qualfication. I got a pretty good deal on the 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 truck I bought, but what we discussed on the phone and what happened when we got there - in regards to price - changed. I was disappointed by the 'little things' that could have been done better. Not a huge deal overall, but it did leave somewhat of a sour taste when we left. Delivery could have been handled better then it was. I had a concern after the sale; I called Kris and he never called me back. So in summary, I would probably come back and buy another car because the overall experience was good, and would most likely work with Kris again (who was generally very helpful), because I now am more familiar with 'the game.' Also, we came a very long distance to buy this truck (San Diego area); neither Kris, nor anyone from the dealership for that matter, even bothered to call us to see how things were going. Disappointing. My grade for you is a 'B-.' More
I previously took my vehicle to Jim Marsh Automotive, and the service was horrible. In addition to an oil change, I got a tire rotation..and they didn't even check the air pressure or put air in my tires! I the service was horrible. In addition to an oil change, I got a tire rotation..and they didn't even check the air pressure or put air in my tires! I had to go to Big O after I left the dealership to get that done. I will never take my vehicle there again. The employees at Chapman Dodge are much more friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond when it comes to service. I will continue to take my vehicle to Jim Marsh from now on. More
I am not one to use automotive dealers for sales and/or service departments due to the higher prices that they have to charge. I brought my Crossfire in to your service department due to engine problems th service departments due to the higher prices that they have to charge. I brought my Crossfire in to your service department due to engine problems that my regular automotive shop couldn't repair. Due to the fantastic and thorough service and communication given by Adan Mendez, I will always bring my Crossfire to your service department. Also, because of Adan's recommendations, my husband and I are working with one of your Sales Representatives on purchasing another car. Chapman on Sahara not only has our business, you also have many referrals to your dealership and service department as I have already told my friends and family what a great experience that I have had. Many thanks to Adan and your team!!! More
