I tried to purchase a extra ignition key for my 2009 PT. I liked the new customer lounge, much better than 1 or 2 seats. I drove in the drive through, The service writer checked my info, I relaxed in the customer area using the free wifi to catch up on some work, the service writer came to tell me that my vehicle was ready. Have had a problem with the rear door on drivers side since I bought vehicle....This is the second time it is supposed to have been repaired and it still has the original problem....The passenger side do since I bought vehicle....This is the second time it is supposed to have been repaired and it still has the original problem....The passenger side door was making strange noises, so they replaced a part and now the door is worse than it was before supposedly repaired...Had to leave car for two days...borrow vehicle to get to work and make arrangements to have someone help to pick car up....so right now I am quite fustrated with the outcome... My whole experience was pleasant. My service rep, Denise, made me feel that my vehicle was placed in good hands. I was kept informed the entire time and the cost was as quoted! My van had 3 recall notifications plus other work;my technician, William Johnson/#513, performed the work quickly and well. I was also given a recommendation of another repair (along with an estimate)which I fully intend to have done by this dealership when the part can be found. I feel very comfortable and confident coming to Chapman's and will come here again for any service. I am recommending them to my neighbor who also has a similar van! More
