Everything was very good, but it should be...I paid double or tripple for every thing compaired to what I could have gotten done myself( example: broken door for recerculating A/C air....550.00... All employess I had contact with were very prompt,friendly and professional; from the girl I made the appointment with, the service writer, to the cashier. While in town from WY the check engine light came on on our 2010 Ram 1500. I pulled into Chapman to get it looked at. They checked it out for me and made sure it was ok to get me home. Adan Mendez always deliver. Friendly and shows that he cares for his cstomer. I just didn't like the fact that I waited for 21/2 hour for a wheel change bec it took a long time for them to pick it up at t cares for his cstomer. I just didn't like the fact that I waited for 21/2 hour for a wheel change bec it took a long time for them to pick it up at the warehouse which was just across the street? I had better roadside assistance from Triple A when my tire blew. My wait time with Triple A was 25 minutes and that's with waiting for him to come and finish his job. Although my overall above rating is "good" , I was very disappointed at my last service. If Adan wasn't there, I'd probably check out Henderson Service Center next time. More

I have have marked my experience at your dealership UNSATISFACTORY, because after recently having my oil changed I have discovered that every scheduled oil change I received previously from your dealer UNSATISFACTORY, because after recently having my oil changed I have discovered that every scheduled oil change I received previously from your dealership, was NOT done with the recommended oil rating. The only oil recommended from the manufacturer is 5w30 or 10w30, but I received 5w20. The excuse I received for technicians installing 5w20 ranged from "It's a computer error," to "The bulk oil is used in all the cars," including my own Nitro, to "I guarantee it won't cause a problem." Even though it is not the recommended viscosity. How could the dealership of all places ignore the manufacturers recommendations for (5) straight oil changes. I believe a fair way to compensate me for their mistake would be to extend my warranty to the next highest mileage interval at no charge to me. This would indicate to me that Chapman Dodge stands behind the quality of their work and is not worried of a future problem arising from this mistake. At this point I feel like I have paid for oil changes that could or already have shortened the life span of my engine.
