Worst experience ever I have buying and selling cars for over 40 years and have even purchased a Tuscon. From this dealership. The sales negotiation on this deal ended at 12:30 and where led into the finance area where the people knew we had to leave by 1:30. We waited until 1pm and started asking what was the delay to which several people said it would 5 more minutes. At 2 pm one and a half hrs later we asked again and we're told the big boss would be out in a minute, no one came out by 2:15 so we left the dealership at which time the mgr chased us outside and told us that they would deliver the car to our home.The car arrived in the dark at 7:30. This car was for my son and I can tell you if it was for me, I would have cancelled the deal. This. Whole deal was a total nightmare and my wife and I are considering buying a new Tuscon but we would NEVER GO BACK TO CHAPMAN AGAIN. The salesperson Bobby was the only bright spot in this mess. More

My fog lamp had been knocked loose and one of the brackets had broken, the alignment felt off, and the fog lamps would not power on. Within minutes of my arrival, the bracket was fixed, the lamp was mounted, and all they powered on. My alignment wasn't off, the tug I was feeling was from low power steering fluid which was topped off. Cam then came to let me know that I was just slightly overdue for an oil change. I had them perform that service before I left. Total time spent: 45 min. Total charged: an oil change at the 10% off special they were running. Jose nor Cam would let me pay for the other as it was "just a slightly larger screw, a fuse, and tiny bit of power steering fluid. They have always been my go to for service in the past. It was just experiences like this one that keeps me going back More

My significant other had already been there, and had a very good experience with a salesman there. We made an appointment, and after seeing and test driving a few cars, we bought one. And we couldn't be happier. We got a great price and everyone there from our salesman Tavo Terrrazas, to Tyson, the manager, were helpful without being overbearing like salesmen from other dealers sometimes can be. Once we picked a car, and settled on a price, there were no upselling or deletions. We got exactly what we bargained for. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend anyone in the market for any of the many makes sold at Chapman to give it a try. You won't be disappointed. More

I was caught up in traffic and felt bad I was running late for my 7:30 am appointment so I called Camron, my service adviser to give him heads up. He was super nice and said we will be ready when you get here. About 15 minutes later I was greeted by both Camron and Jose, the mechanic. Both were extremely friendly and listened to my vehicle needs. The service lasted about 1 1/2 hours and met every expectation I had! Thanks to both for making my day and instilling my confidence again in dealer service! More

Amazing dealer that went the extra mile to make it happen I went to Chapman Autoplex to look at a VW Jetta and noticed a Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye so I went to look at it while I was there and it see I went to Chapman Autoplex to look at a VW Jetta and noticed a Hyundai Elantra that caught my eye so I went to look at it while I was there and it seemed like a really nice car but I was in a tough negative equity situation with a Ford Fiesta that was less than a year old but was having continual problems, it was going to need a second transmission replacement in less than 36K and under a year. Carmen was the first sales person to approach my wife and I she was very nice and didn't pounce as is often the case with car dealers, she was very nice and understanding of my situation and instead of being high pressure listened to my situation suggested that we talk to another gentleman in the dealership, Justin who could better assess the situation so that we could find a car that we could work with based on my negative equity and see if it would be a car that I would even like, which is something I found to be very refreshing, an honest sales person at a car dealer. Carmen got Justin and explained the situation to Justin ahead of time so that I didn't have to tell him the same story again (another first for me in a car dealer) and Justin spoke to Mark in the sales tower and he quickly (a third first for me at a car dealer) came to me with a list of car that they had in stock that would have enough rebates & incentives to be able to balance out the negative equity so that the bank would be willing to let them take my existing car and make the deal for a new car. Then with the list in hand of what would definately work (there was no pressure to buy now, we had a relaxed talk over a soda about what type of cars most appealed to me so he could trim the list down to the right fit.) While we spoke Carmen & Justin were both asking I'm sure leading questions about my driving habits, preferences, passengers, pets, job and such but it never felt like anything more than a friendly chat. We finally arrived at a left over 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I test drove the car with Carmen and it was automotive love within 2 miles, we went back to the dealership and worked out the entire deal in under 3 hours. From start to finish the entire process took less than 4 hours and I never felt pressured or rushed. Also when I have returned to the dealership for anything, Carmen and Justin make me feel like I'm friend not a customer, all dealers should strive for this level of experience. More

My Friend loved his 2013 Elantra and suggested before I have regular service (oil change) on my 2010 KIA I should "look" at the new Elantra's... WOW... LOVED many of the new features and found myself driving out with the new Elantra Sport... Great assistance from Ian in pointing out the various options... test drove several cars... Joe & Ian searched the "Right Car"... and we settled on a Great Lease option due to the low miles I drive annually.. Ian valuable time going over all the "Bells & Whistles" BEFORE I drove off the lot... including having me all set up on Hands Free Blue Tooth connection to my IPhone! Just got back from a little trip to Sedona... car preformed wonderfully... Great mileage... Great handling! Sun Roof was WONDERFUL! Gotta schedule the tinting but know I'll receive the same great service at this Dealership... They CARE about their customer satisfaction which is nice to receive this day and age! Keep up the Good Work Guys! More
