Being loyal to Toyota for the past 25 years, I’m very cautious with change and knew it would take me a lot to go with another car maker. I visited several dealerships in the valley but they only seemed concerned with their bottom line and were lacking in understanding my needs or creating a personalized experience. John Leidigh took his time to make sure I was informed and comfortable with buying my first new car. He walked me through all my buying options and went out of his way to make sure I received the best financing possible. Donald was definitely entertaining and knew all the technical specs of my new Elantra. He sat with me in the car describing each feature in detail, how and when to use them, and made sure everything integrated perfectly with my smartphone. Not once did I ever feel pressured into buying anything nor did I ever get the impression they were only interested in making a sale just to get me out the door. My experience with Chapman Hyundai is stark contrast to how I was treated with other dealers in the valley and they definitely earned my trust! I absolutely LOVE my new Elantra! More

Buying a car IS fun!!!! After owning my last Hyundai for 10 years, I decided it was time for a new one. I'd been looking at Velosters for a few years and found that Chapman h After owning my last Hyundai for 10 years, I decided it was time for a new one. I'd been looking at Velosters for a few years and found that Chapman had the one I was looking for. I made an appointment online to scope out my options, and within 15 minutes, Donald was on the phone confirming my appointment and asked me if I had any questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately, and felt welcomed. I was looking at the Veloster Rally edition, but changed my mind after another customer told me how difficult it is to maintain the custom matte paint. Donald brought my Veloster up for a test drive. We sat in the car for about 15 minutes as he educated me on this particular vehicle. (How many people owned it, where it came from, what it does, and not just appearance.) He made it a point to make me fully aware what this vehicle can do. When I finally started the test drive, Donald took me through the motions on how the car handles in specific situations. This impressed me, as most car salesmen think that vanity mirrors are important to women, but NOT Donald. He made the experience not only educational, but it was so much fun!!! He was personable, and professional and treated me like a "person". He was very accomodating to my specific needs, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. He followed up several times after my purchase (even though I wasn't able to speak with him directly) he left detailed messages and said I could contact him at ANY time. It's refreshing to have a dealership with sales people who aren't pushy, and demanding and show sincere interest in their customers. More
