Jim also contacted my insurance agent with VIN numbers and info necessary to update my insurance based on my purchase. Both gentleman followed up with congratulations and thank you emails on my purchase. The difference between that experience and this was night and day. I knew this was the right place when the initial offer they brought out took the other dealership 2 hours to even come close to. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. I really appreciate that they didn't come back with an outrageously low trade in offer or outrageously high price on the car. Signing the paperwork which always scares me a little, was amazingly fast and easy. I did pay in full so that may have helped. I was offered the extended warranty, I declined and that was that. Again I appreciate the hassle free experience. Overall I feel respected and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership and Bob to anyone interested in buying a car! More
