I then drove the car for as long as I wanted to make sure it was right for me. There was absolutely no rush for me to make a decision. The experience was far better than I had anticipated because it's been 20 years since the last purchase of a new car. Not one of my favorite things to do. However, everyone at Chapman was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Steve was another who was part of the transaction. He, too, was friendly, professional, polite and very kind.
