She was up front about everything and the car I ended up purchasing was just what we were looking for. The day I went to purchase the car everything was just as she said it would be, no surprises! John genuinely cared about me and did a great job at getting me the car I wanted for the price I could afford. I felt valued and well taken care of by him and his team from start to finish and beyond my purchase! This cultural was noticed thorough all my interactions with a service manger, Louie in Finance and Crazy Bob too! Hyundai is clearly a great product but when it's noy coupled with great people and service, that great product can't stand alone. I recommend Hyundai's to my friends but I also tell them don't go anywhere except Chapman...they are by far the best! More
