Even though it is further from my home, I have been treated very well and have been given coupons and discounts on service. This is really important as I know that maintenance is necessary to avoid costly repairs later on. I have been taken advantage of and ripped off by another dealer who not only didn't repair my car,but charged way too much money after finding another problem which turned out to be a lie. I will continue to have my cars serviced at your dealership as long as your customer service remains like it is. Very friendly, both Ross and Joe and they are honest and don't try to sell you something that you don't need. More
Ross Bright did an outstanding job of helping me set up my appointment when I stopped by the dealership the week before for service to my 2010 Sonata. This was my first visit to Chapman as I had purchased and serviced my Sonata when I was living in Tucson. Now that I am a resident of Scottsdale I will continute to get service at Chapman and will always ask for Ross Bright as my Hyundai Service Advisor. More

I recently received a card in the mail for $10 oil change. I was blown away by the price and excited to take them up on the offer. When I came in, not only was my oil changed, but my car washed as well....WOW! THAT IS GOING THE EXTRA MILE! I took my car in because it was sputtering. It was early afternoon on a Friday. I discussed the problem with Joe in the service department and he told me that it would probably be Monday before I would get afternoon on a Friday. I discussed the problem with Joe in the service department and he told me that it would probably be Monday before I would get it back because it was late on Friday and on Saturday he only had one technician working but he would try his best. So I expected to spend the weekend without my car. But happily, on Saturday morning I received a call from Joe that my car was already done. I was very glad. More
John was a wonderful sales rep to work with. He answered any and all questions and put up with Bill's "weird" sense of humor. It is very nice, that you have that coffee machine in the waiting area, even though I rarely drink coffee, but I see other customers relishing it. I have to write 250 characters, otherwise I can't e-mail this. What else can I tell you. Maybe you wished now you would not have the 250 caracter stipulation. I wish Power would not have sold this division, because I myself don't like Chevrolet. But I have to say that your dealership/car maintenance has been very good to me. I am glad you retained the Power employees, because I like dealing with Russ, and I am glad the Power employees were not laid off. Thank you for sending me the discount oil change card, and the nice letter. I actually wanted to reply with a thank you letter, but it slipped my mind.
