This one had 44k miles & we were directly told by Paulo that the tires were new, brakes were new &he went into "reconditioning fees" &that's what the fees were for. The tires aren't new, Paulo's answer - "I said they look like new" (which he didn't, he said they ARE new). Then about the brakes. .. "i never said that" YELLS Paulo. He literally screamed me out of the parking lot! We should have gone to Auto nation Hyundai Tempe they had the same car (with full leather -not half/half cloth -, 31k miles opposed to 44k, same price & NEW TIRES, BRAKES, ETC). BIG MISTAKE but we were tired of going all over for the best deal &just wanted a car. Don't even waste your time going to that dealership!!! Never buy anything from a chapman dealership esp chapman hyundai on bell Rd & 7th Ave. More
First time maintenance Yesterday was the first time I took in my 2013 Accent for routine maintenance to Chapman Hyundai. (I had recently purchased the car from Enterprise used car sales.) Larry Orris was my consultant / service representative and he treated like I had been a long-time loyal customer. I was very pleased that I had chosen Chapman for service, and I was lucky enough to get Larry as my rep. He even agreed to save me a doughnut if I can’t come in until later in the day! More

Bad Credit HELP I was in a tough spot do to some terrible credit situations that I had not expected. My better half and I were driving past after a brief gym encounter and dreading going to one of the questionable operators that prey on folks like us. We had a blessing in meeting JACK NAGEL 20 minutes before they officially opened. I told Jack the truth about my situation and the offers I had with some some buzzard financing options. To our surprise not only did we get approved with CHAPMAN'S less than stellar credit dept, we got a better rate than we would havegotten, we got a 48 month loan instead of the 72 months we had on the table with others. Most importnatly Jack and his Finance crew in our rate was a 2 year or 24,000 mile bumper to bumper protection plan along with a needed gap coverage"INCLUDED" in your rate. Beware of hidden fees Brought my 2007 Sonata in for a no start problem. Service fixed the problem then with a labor only charge of $85. I asked for an oil change which was $24.99 and the total bill was $128.00. Talked to the service manager who gave me a ton of double talk about hazard fees and shop fees that were never disclosed. Make sure you get all the facts before you approve service. More
