I test drove multiple models but loved the feel of the Sonata. We initially started at another Hyundai dealership but when contacted by Tim, we chose to go to him. Tim was enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable but not pushy. I was able to locate exactly what I wanted from their inventory. Tim was very helpful and got us through the process in much less time than any other car buying experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership, salesperson, and model of car. More

LIED ABOUT WORK PERFORMED AFTER DAMAGING MY HYUNDAI I called Chapman Hyundai Monday 2/23/2015 and told them that my car was running slightly warmer and I kept smelling antifreeze and I was getting a bel I called Chapman Hyundai Monday 2/23/2015 and told them that my car was running slightly warmer and I kept smelling antifreeze and I was getting a belt squeal every morning when I 1st start up the motor and its started doing it after the water pump was replaced by Larry Miller Hyundai about 10.000 miles ago I complained about it to Larry Miller Hyundai and they didn't care so I called and told Chapman what was happening and took it to them I dropped of my Hyundai at about 8:30 pm on 2/25/2015 filled out the paper as to what my car was there for this is what I wrote water pump leaking and left front axel vibrating my car is still under warrant when I dropped it off it had 97611 miles close to 100000 which that's the end my warranty I get a call the next day around 3:30 pm from Kaleb Fox and he starting telling all the things wrong with my car after they did a multi-point inspection and tried to sell me all this unnecessary work that he said needed to be done to my car never once said anything about the water pump and if it was leaking instead I was told that my upper and lower bypass hoses were leaking and I needed to replace my thermostat and gasket and the radiator cap and said the squeal sound was coming from after market belts that I had installed on my car and to replace with factory belts and that would fix my car but I was not there to have all these things replaced by them at a cost of 2,438.12 when nothing is wrong with all those parts you see I have a friend who is a mechanic and I had just took it to him and he looked it over just before I took Chapman just to make sure I would not be screwed over and they tried and after Kaleb Fox told me all this of course I said no on the repairs and then I was told about the left axel and it was bad and was quoted a really high price to repair and I got a little ticked off because the car was still under warranty and why was he trying to sell me a axel when he knew the car was still under warranty because of all the bull crap inspecting that was done and not fixed I had to leave the only car for a another day and they knew it was still under warranty and they had plenty of time to fix when I dropped if off the night before and that was the whole reason I dropped it off so I could have the car back Thursday so because of Chapman trying to sell me unnecessary repairs I was out my car for longer than it should have been and that's not all after I pickup my car I had it for a few days before I discovered that when they put my timing cover back together and the plastic cover that sits on top of my motor they put longer bolts on it with less threads so they bottom out before it tightens up 1 in the plastic cover over the motor and 2 in the timing cover that hold a mounting bracket in place on the back left side of the motor and when I contacted Chapman about this I left a message and I never got a call back a week went by and someone finally contacted me but it had nothing to do with what I had called them about and when I ask again about what they did they lied and said that they never worked on that part of the motor but wait the paper work states that they checked and Inspected the serpentine drive belts and the only way they can do this is to remove the timing cover and the plastic cover that sits on the motor so what kind of mechanic do they have working there and for them to out and out lie about work done and I was also told by Kaleb over the phone after I asked if they checked the water pump which you have to remove the timing cover to inspect and I asked if they checked the hydraulic timing belt tighter too and I was told that the mechanic did check and they found nothing wrong with the water pump leaking and that was the main reason I took it to Chapman so are they just lying and never check all these things! I took in for those repairs or are they just lying to protect the damage that has been done to my motor because the bolts they used are to long and may have damaged the side of my motor when they tighten down the bolts with a air wrench! I am sure the bolts did damage my block because the bolt did not have enough thread when they installed them I am sure that side of my block is damaged and since its on my paper work that states they did do work it that area because they checked the serpentine drive belt so are just lying about all of the work done no because I know for a fact nothing was wrong with the bracket that holds the plastic cover on because I replaced the spark plugs 3 months ago and you have to remove it to change the spark plugs and when I remove the plastic cover the bracket was tight not lose and when I put back together it was tight so I know for a fact Chapman is lying to protect them selves so anybody that has any work done you should check and make sure it was put back together right and don't believe them if they say this needs fixed or that need fixed and make sure the part is under warrant or you will be charged to replace it. More

From the start, Tim Mitchell treated me with so much respect and had awesome service. He made it his goal to get me into a car that suited me at a payment that is reasonable. The finance team was stellar and so so awesome. They stayed late to get everything finalized for me and honestly just took really good care of me. I'm now in a 2014 Santa Fe and I couldn't be happier. My kids have a safe car to get around in! Thank you!!! More

I had documentation of price quotes for specific model (Sonata Limited) with no other added options and when we got to the dealership they would not honor! Unbelievable! In addition, we had a Truecar certificate for their dealership they would not honor! Why quote a price you have no intention of selling the car for? Not only did this happen to us, but to a friend as well which we found out after we told them our story! More
