My experience Buying a new vehicle is at the bottom of my want to do list but in this case was a necessity due to my vehicle being in an accident and totaled. I tried going thru my company's auto program but the dealership (Camelback Hyundai) didn't have what I was looking for so they did some research to find me a dealership that did have it (i.e, Chapman). However, when I got there the actual vehicle was not there (the ultimate package one was but that is not what I wanted - plus, according to the website they showed they had it but didn't)...I was disappointed and started to head out when the manager came and asked if he could get the vehicle could I come back and then test drive it? I said yes, and that's what we did...they (Chapman) went out of their way to acquire the exact vehicle I was looking for and Zak made sure to communicate with me the status and arrival time to come back to test drive. So, I appreciate the effort to get me the vehicle I wanted.... More
