Overall disappointed I originally took my car in for the 95000 mile check up, where I was assured everything was checked and looked up to factory standards,while fixing a I originally took my car in for the 95000 mile check up, where I was assured everything was checked and looked up to factory standards,while fixing a manufacturers defect along the way. Shortly there after I had an oil change due, but I had other problems as well. We brought it in because the steering wheel rattled upon pressing on the breaks, the air bag light would not turn off, and when starting the car it sounded as if it was rubbing metal on metal. These were all unexpected issues considering we had just had the tune up only a month before. They changed the oil and said everything else was fixed, including another recall that was discovered. After having the car back for a week the rattle was worse than before, the air bag light was back on and the metal on metal sound was getting worse. We wrote a review stating the issues after being reassured they were checked and fixed only a week prior . They advised us to bring it back in and they would fix all issues because it was under the 100k mIle warranty. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a $135 service fee for them to look at the vehicle after they asked for us to bring it in. They looked it over and told us there was $1600 in repairs from brake rotors that needed to be changed after they had previously fixed the breaks, an alignment, driver side spring for the air bag, motor mount cufflinks, and a transmission fluid flush, that all had somehow gotten over looked the previous two appointments. After arguing that the repairs had not been complet ed after previously bringing it to their attention, we stated that this should all be under warranty somehow or another. After searching for a few moments another rep found that we had an extended warranty that covered almost everything that needed to be done to the vehicle and that he would have Jaime give me a call back regarding what we would owe. Upon the call back Jaime proceeded to talk to me with an attitude regarding the situation, as she had multiple times since the initial review of the issues. They guaranteed all the issues would be fixed but it still rattles when in reverse. More
