Literally the best dealership experience I have been through. Very straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything. We definitely recommend and go back for a future vehicle. If I could give them a zero I would. My car is sitting in my garage with a ceased engine that they wanted almost 12k plus tax and shop fees to repair. This was a result of Hyundais engine recall in which they basically do nothing for you. My car was in Chapmans garage since Dec 1st 2021. They did not even look at it until Jan. 2022. They offered me no loaner and I have only one leg. I am a disabled person and they knew this up front. All in all they had my car over 4 months. No loaner at all., No engine repair was done. This was the worst car experience I could ever think of. Run far Run fast. More

I went to bell road location sporadically one Thursday afternoon. The first Elantra SE I was looking at sold while I was filling out paperwork so we went for the SEL and I was in love! It was fresh off the truck and still fully wrapped in plastic! In less than 2 hours I was driving home in my brand new car! The entire team is fun and personable. I will be a life long customer. More

I received a quote from Sam's Club auto program to buy an Ionic 5. Dealers agree to charge this price. Chapman gave me every indication that they would charge that price. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST SALES MANAGER AND GM. Waited over two hours to pick up my new car, I was told it was getting detailed while I waited. After two hours I had DISHONEST SALES MANAGER AND GM. Waited over two hours to pick up my new car, I was told it was getting detailed while I waited. After two hours I had to leave due to previous engagements, I left a review referencing my extended waiting period. I then informed Brian Curci the sales manager of this and he offered to reimburse me if I took more time out of my day to get the car detailed at a third-party location. I was annoyed because I had already waited two hours under the impression the car WAS ACTIVELY being detailed. Because I unfortunately had no choice at the time and trying to avoid having to take an Uber home from picking up my first new car, I took him up on his offer. After acting in good faith and getting the car detailed I then emailed Brian the receipt as instructed. After no response I sent follow-up emails to confirm he received the receipt and hopefully sent the check to the correct address. He informed me because I was honest about my wait time they would no longer reimburse me for the detailing. This whole ordeal took over four months and dozens of emails to different people for me to convince the corporate office that they needed to honor their agreements. They still HAVE NOT. They offered to cover a portion of the cleaning and that was it. They mailed me gift cards for the portion they covered when originally they said they would mail a check. Having just bought a new car I really needed something to deposit so it could help with the car payment, not necessarily gift cards with no cash value. Overall this was an absolutely disappointing, unnecessarily stressful, horrible first time car buying experience. The kid who sold me the car was fabulous the day I bought the car I had no issues except for an unexpected $2000 price increase but that’s to be expected when you go to a dealership. What is not to be expected when you go to a dealership is to be completely lied to and taken advantage of as a new time car buyer. So buyer beware very dishonest car dealership I would not trust any of the GM’s or sales managers you are better off going to some sketchy guy on the corner because he’ll give you the same treatment probably just a better deal. More

Love my new Tucson from Chapman Hyundai on Bell Rd in Phoenix. Raffy is awesome. He set up my new car specifically to me and my personal preferences that he picked up on just by conversations we had and Phoenix. Raffy is awesome.
