Fantastic Customer Service I cannot sing the praises of Chapman Hyundai enough. After shopping other dealers for months, I truly believed there was no respect for a customer. I cannot sing the praises of Chapman Hyundai enough. After shopping other dealers for months, I truly believed there was no respect for a customer. When Rafael walked out and greeted us, I was ready to be treated badly. What a great surprise when we were treated with respect, and genuine interest. Helpful is not a strong enough word to describe the time he took to explain, and make sure I understood the features on my new Santa Fe. I truly stopped at Chapman just to look, as I was on my way to the Chevy dealer. We have owned GMC vehicles for over 40 years. Rafael's enthusiasm, and his understanding of what I wanted, allowing me to compare vehicles side by side. He was outstanding! During the purchase he introduced us to (I believe) everyone who worked there. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to be there and to meet us. Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name that we met as I was in disbelief as to what a pleasant experience we were having! and the fact that my new vehicle was a Hyundai! More
