Even though I didn't buy my car from Chapman, they still took care of me and fixed everything under the manufacturer's warranty, including a recall that I was not even aware. Thanks to the truly exceptional customer service I received I know where I will be buying my next car. I mad an appointment early last year, but do to an unforseen accident I had to get surgery and was down for a couple months. I was able to make a new appointment with no problems as soon as I was walking again. 10/10 Would recommend. -JB More
