Great Experience I purchased my Hyundai in NJ before I moved out to AZ and Chapman Hyundai has been great with handling service of my vehicle. We had been getting some mailings from them regarding new cars that piqued our interest so we drove by of all days on the 4th of July to take a peek and next thing you know, I have a new car! Our salesman, Luke Anderson, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He had very good handle of the vehicle I was interested in and was very helpful during the test drive. My boyfriend has worked in the automotive industry in the past and we wanted to cut to the chase and they allowed us to do that. Everyone was very nice, not overwhelming or intimidating and understood that we did not "need" a car, so could have walked away with no issue. They worked with us, getting us a deal that worked for us. Elizabeth, who handles the Finance & Insurance (F&I) knows what she's talking about, was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I know many of these people have worked in most of the dealerships in the area and beyond, but they truly liked this family owned dealership and that came through as we were working with them. There were a number of different people that we worked with or just talked with and everyone was great. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and would recommend Chapman Hyundai! More
