Review Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convin Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated! More

Very poor customer service I went to Chapman Hyundai for an oil change and tire rotation on July 3, 3018. My service adviser was Joe Bartizol . It took an hour and a half. When I went to Chapman Hyundai for an oil change and tire rotation on July 3, 3018. My service adviser was Joe Bartizol . It took an hour and a half. When I got home I noticed the tires were not rotated. I called Joe and left a message I also posted a negative Yelp review. On July 5th first thing in the morning Joe called me and apologized for the error and told me to come in any time that day to remedy the issue. I brought the vehicle in that afternoon and Joe had the tires rotated and also had one of the wheels cleaned for me (it was this wheel that tipped me off that the rotation was not done) Joe was very professional offered a logical explanation for the error and handled the entire situation well. Meanwhile the "service" manager wrote on Yelp that I was a liar and that my tires were rotated on my first visit. We try to have you in an out in about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, but sometimes the wait can be a little bit longer especially before a holiday. We would like to also assure you the oil service was completed on your vehicle. Also, the tires were rotated, but we would be more than happy to rotate the tires again for you at your earliest convenience.
