Very Happy and Satisfied Customer - Would Highly Recommend! I was looking to trade in my 2012 Sonata and get a new car since all the warranties had expired. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to visit Chapm I was looking to trade in my 2012 Sonata and get a new car since all the warranties had expired. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to visit Chapman Hyundai since most of the reviews were very positive and they were right down the street from me. I am very glad I did! Bill Johnson in the sales department worked diligently to get the perfect car for my needs and not once did I feel pressured to buy anything! He spent a few hours getting me the perfect payment and car for what I wanted to spend and got me all the discounts he possibly could and even threw in a little extra. He was very nice and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth in the finance department was also very nice and direct and helped me narrow down the extra details and plans that would fit me best and even went above and beyond to get me a little extra help on my payments. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but they were able to get it for me the next day. Jeremy showed me all the features and made sure to answer all of my questions before I drove away with my shiny new car! Needless to say, what in most cases seems to be a very stressful and anxious process turned out to be a very smooth and stress free experience at this place. I would highly recommend Chapman Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and I will definitely be purchasing from them again! Thank you! More
