I always visit this dealership when I need my hyundai serviced. The staff is very friendly and the dealership is convenient for me because it is close to my home. I never have to make an appointment. I bring my car in and the service manager promptly attends to my needs and sends me on my way. My car is always fixed right the first time and their complimentary car wash is better than some of the car washes I have paid for. Pricing is decent considering this is a dealership, but not exceptional. If you want your hyundai serviced with care and don't mind a little extra out of pocket cost, this is the place to go. More
We have always been so happy with the service and how quickly repairs and oil changes are made at this dealership. Everyone is so nice and the waiting area is great. Went in to test drive the new Equus and the Genesis and Steve was very helpful. No pressure carefully went over all the options and sold me on the Equus......which I drove home and am in love with. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I brought my car for oil change. The service rep told me it will take approximately 1 hr 30 minutes. So I decided to wait, but it took more than 2 hrs (2hr 20 min) just for oil change. Brought the Hyundai in for a warranty repair of the transmission. Were told it was fixed but we don't believe the problem is gone. We will drive it for awhile and are expecting to have to bring it ba transmission. Were told it was fixed but we don't believe the problem is gone. A longer / better test drive should have convinced the svc tech of that as well. Additional review - Invalid login. What's with that? Once I set up a user name and password, why doesn't it stay set up. More
