As far as I can tell everything that was repaired/changed out is working fine with the vehicle. I have zero issues with any of that and paid you a little over $1600 to get that stuff taken care of. However I have now discussed getting the CD player repaired on several occasions with a couple of different individuals at the dealership and was promised it would be taken care of this time. Of course it was not. I have the same broken CD player that I've had since August. It is very annoying. I do not have a second driver available on most days to drive me in and out of your dealership so I was really hoping that it would be taken care of this time since whoever the guy I spoke to said it would be (it is under warranty). I also do not have the time to go down there and wait an hour and a half to two hours for it to be installed which is what I was told on a past occasion is the amount of time it would take. My rating above falls in the middle because you did seem to do nice work on what you did. But it is kind of ridiculous at this point that I do not have a CD player since I've discussed it with a minimum of three individuals, plus left phone messages regarding the subject (all of which went un-returned). The price for the oil change has gone up and the Technicians constantly find things wrong with my vehicle and suggest expensive repairs, like changing light bulbs that are not "necessary". Terrific service! Three items to complete: Oil change service, check brakes and look at lumbar seat button. Jaime informed me to allow about two hours. Explained that a part needs to be ordered for the seat and when I return it will be a three - four hour appointment. Perfect! I like to know what to expect so I can plan accordingly. Very efficient and friendly. Customer friendly waiting area. Also, love the car wash! More
My biggest problem with your service waiting area is that it is not handicap friendly. I order to go to the bathroom You have a to travel a long distance to the bathroom. Walking up stairs is not an option it is not handicap friendly. I order to go to the bathroom You have a to travel a long distance to the bathroom. Walking up stairs is not an option for people in wheel chairs or scooters. Walking up the stairs is difficult for your elderly clients. There are no ramps going into the service waiting room. Gary and Troy have helped me get into the waiting room. Despite my frustration I gave your dealership a high rating for service but not for handicap friendliness. More
Since I purchased my Tucson, I have brought it to Chapman for all its service. I have been delighted with the service I get, the service representatives and the fact that the service performed is done right for all its service. I have been very pleased with my Tucson and brag to everyone, all the time, about how great a car it is. When I am in the purchase mode for a new car, I will go back to Hyundai! More

I am almost at a loss for words when it comes to the service department at this dealership. The customer service is always ABOVE and BEYOND. I called when my car wouldnt start (just needed a jump start) service department at this dealership. The customer service is always ABOVE and BEYOND. I called when my car wouldnt start (just needed a jump start) and Gary assisted me in getting a jump start from roadside service. I am single mother and live alone so needless to say cannot work on a vehicle! lol. Gary told me once they came to the house to bring the vehicle right down and they would check the battery and replace if needed. I get there and great news was something like dome light probably was left on but he still had an inspection done of the battery alternator etc and oh....THEY WASHED MY CAR!!!! I was not there long and have not had any further problems with starting my vehicle. I rant and rave about this service advisor and department to all of my family and friends. I will NEVER take my car anywhere but here. Thank you to Gary Timmons for all that he does every time I contact him! You should look into cloning him! He is a KEEPER! the business world needs more people like him in it---he definitely provides EXCELLENT customer service to your clients. More
I have bought a lot of cars in my life but Chapman is clearly the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. They could give lessons to other dealers on how it "should" be done.
