I had previously worked with Wally Bryner when I got my Genesis. I was very pleased with that experience so I asked for him when I was in the market for another car. This is quite an accomplishment since most dealings with car salesman are almost always dreadful. Patricia was great to work with. Lots of energy and good at explaining all the options. She has a great personality and made the boring paperwork part go quickly and pleasantly. The managers in the sales office that work the deals were quick to give an answer and very fair. They did not keep me waiting endlessly to wear me down as I have had done in other dealers. More

Gary Timmons is down to earth and easy to talk to. During my service visit he checked and found a service bulletin for my car and made that adjustment while I was there too.
