I love the service I get when I go to get my car service. Jaimie is wonderful. The only problem I have is that the service area is not handicap friendly. I needed to change the timing belt and water pump on my 2002 Hyundai Accent. The car is in really good shape but I travel a lot so it has to be ready to go. I was informed of what would need to be done to fix this issue and given a day and time frame on how long it would take to do the repair. My vehicle came back to me clean. I did find a little suprise in my cup holder upon my return. A little box with some candies inside. Very thoughtful & greatly appreciated. As always a job well done! More

We purchased a 2007 “certified” Hyundai Sante Fe. A few months later we learned the car had gone through the certification process, however; the repairs that were noted, were not repaired. As a result we h months later we learned the car had gone through the certification process, however; the repairs that were noted, were not repaired. As a result we had to spend $170.00 for a rear end alignment and $886.00 for a new set of tires due to the damage caused by the tires that were on the vehicle, but had suffered server damage due to improper alignment. To ad insult to injury, the car was parked outside in your parking facility when we had the hail store. That was another $2,300.00 in damage in which we had to pay the $500.00 deductable and Chapman refused to reimburse us for the deducible. Selling “certified vehicles” that are knowingly damaged and not repaired is just wrong. I WOULD DISUADE ANYONE FROM BUYING A CAR AT CHAPMAN. More
Chapman Hyundai at 999 West Bell Road in Phoenix provided my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata great service. I had the oil changed etc. Jaime Heyns was the service consultant who took care of my car. She was able t my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata great service. I had the oil changed etc. Jaime Heyns was the service consultant who took care of my car. She was able to fix my fuel filler door which was not properly aligned. She had it fixed without having to replace the entire fuel filler door. I did not buy my Sonata at Chapman Hyundai in Phoenix...I bought it at another dealership. The dealership where I purchased my Sonata said that the fuel filler door had to be replaced and painted. They never got back with me....it has been way over 2 months. Chapman Hyundai (Jaime Heynes) said only a couple of screws needed adjustment to fix the fuel filler door. Great Service Jaime!!! What was the service department at the other place thinking ???? We'll never know. Thanks again Chapman Hyundai of Phoenix at 999 West Bell Road for your courteous, prompt and efficient service. I really wish I purchased my Sonata at your dealership instead of "Brand X." More
