Chapman Hyundai is very accomodating with there shuttle service which is a big reason why I go there because of the convenience aspect. And Daniel the shuttle driver is always friendly, polite, and on tim service which is a big reason why I go there because of the convenience aspect. Also Jaime (service advisor) seems to know her stuff and explains to me what to expect and calls when my vehicle is ready and when I can expect to be picked up. They give good service especially because they tell you what needs to be done to keep my car in tip-top running condition. Their time estimates on waiting is usually right on as well. Michael Hanna the gentleman that greeted me was very friendly, efficient and helpful. I only went in for my first oil change so not a whole lot I can say here. as usual the service was excellent and the timing was as advertised. I have had my genesis for 2 years and all the service has been at chapman. Today I bought a 2011 White Hyundai Sonata from Christian Burnette and wanted to share with you my experience working with him. I had first called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and spoke to Rob Suns Burnette and wanted to share with you my experience working with him. I had first called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and spoke to Rob Sunseri. We chatted for a few minutes and he provided me with a bit more information about the vehicle. I didn’t have a chance to come in when I said I would, and didn’t end up actually walking through your doors until yesterday, Sunday 4/3 at around 4pm. I had first gone to Discover Hyundai off Hayden and that’s where I did the test drive. The salesman over there didn’t show me any features of the car, just handed me the keys and I took it for a test drive…without him. They wouldn’t “work” with me so I left and drove straight to your dealership. Rob wasn’t working yesterday as I asked for him, but they hooked me up with Christian. I have to say that it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. We all know that buying a brand new car isn’t something that anyone would call “fun”, but working with Christian was fun! He first took me out to the car and showed me all the features of the vehicle (remember, Discover didn’t do this at all). We then started the “negotiation” process and he was very fair, honest and reasonable. I know that he is a new employee and frankly you are lucky to have him with you. He’s an outstanding person, and just an all round good guy. After all the paperwork was completed, he again, went out to the car with me…got my Bluetooth working on my cell and reviewed all the features again with me. Showing me virtually everything I needed to know. I felt like the most important person in the world. He was not rushed, he wasn’t impatient…..he was nothing but professional, calm, patient, and took all the time I wanted to take. I would buy a car from him any day, and will recommend your dealership to anyone that I know is interested in a new car. Christian is the reflection of your dealership and his actions set the foundation for my opinion of your dealership. You got my business because of Christian and nothing else. I will say, however, that Marcus in your finance department was also fabulous to work with, but then again, by the time I saw him….all the other details were already worked out…thanks to Christian. All in all, every person that I came in contact with was extremely professional and respectful. You have a wonderful team of folks there and I hope you realize this. Even the receptionist who answers the phones deserves recognition for being extremely professional and helpful. Thanks for making what I was dreading turn out to be the best car buying experience I have been through. More
Sitting around the service area of any dealership isn't fun, but Chapman does everything they can to make you comfortable. WiFi and coffee helped me pass the time.
