I came into Chapman Hyundai to just look and test drive a new 2011 Hyundai Elantra...ended up leaving with a brand new Indigo Blue Pearl Elanta. Shawky, my salesman, worked so incredibly hard to get me a gre new 2011 Hyundai Elantra...ended up leaving with a brand new Indigo Blue Pearl Elanta. The service I requested was scheduled on the same day, and performed within a very reasonable time frame. I also am not thrilled with haveing to add to my comments so that they are an acceptable length. Please reconsider this requirement. More
My experience with purchasing my car was fantastic. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the different models available. I had received incorrect information about the condition of my battery from a third party repair shop and went in to Jamie to check the battery. She was quite knowledgeable, efficient and handled my inqui of my battery from a third party repair shop and went in to Jamie to check the battery. She was quite knowledgeable, efficient and handled my inquiry quite well. It turns out that the battery was fine and the other shop did not know how to test it. Jamie had my car washed and checked my inquiry at no charge. What great service! On time, too! More
Servic on our vehicles has always been good. Excellent warranties and fast and fair work on things we pay for. We plan to keep our vehicles until off warranty, but when we do replace a vehicle it will be warranties and fast and fair work on things we pay for.
